Paul was extremely efficient and professional. He was able to diagnose our problem quickly. I felt that he really spent the extra time to explain what was going on and how to maintain our dishwasher going forward. I would highly recommend Cityscape!

Contacted Cityscape Appliance repair on Monday for stove that we need for Thanksgiving. They have an appointment for Friday and came out when they said they would. Had a repair part already which we didn’t expect and got it fixed within 45 minutes. Back to having Turkey now for Thanksgiving!! Very pleased with the work Paul did as well as his wife for arranging the appointment. Will use them for all repairs needed in the future.

Paul was our Service Tech for our dryer. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable. Took the time to explain everything and all our options. Wasn’t pushy at selling anything that wasn’t needed and upfront and honest about parts and general wear and tear on the dryer. I would highly recommend Cityscape. Right from there outstanding customer service, response time, and professional service tech they did a great job. Updated: Paul came out to work on our refrigerator and did just as great a job!!! Would highly recommend for any appliance. He goes above and beyond.

Update 2/2024 - Paul came out to replace a part we believed had failed in our refrigerator. Upon removing the part from refrigerator he realized part was working fine and didn’t need replacement. We knew no different and Paul could have replaced the part and charged us but instead he let us know there was no need for the part replacement and didn’t charge us. His professionalism and honesty can’t be beat!!

I was able to schedule an appointment the next day after my fridge stopped working. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and professional. Paul arrived on time and diagnosed the repair in minutes. A part needed to be ordered. It arrived exactly in the time frame he told me. The actual repair took about 15 minutes. Paul was also very friendly and professional. A perfect repair experience from start to finish!

Cityscape did a fantastic job repairing a water leak on my refrigerator! It initially appeared to be a clogged drain, but Paul quickly figured out that the real issue was a leaking supply line for the water and ice maker. He quickly fixed this issue for a fair price.
