We called this company out to repair our fridge and were told the condenser fan was broken. They charged us $800 for the repair.

A week later, our fridge stopped getting down to temperature completely. When we called them, the soonest they could send someone was 36 hours out to "take a look" for a problem that should have been resolved the first time.

The person on the phone was incredibly condescending, even questioning whether I knew how to read a thermometer. Totally unprofessional.

At this point it feels like we paid a huge bill for nothing. Don’t waste your money. This company is unreliable, dismissive, and absolutely not worth wasting your time on. Avoid them.

Cityscape was very responsive and came within a couple of days to fix my broken washer. They repaired it at a reasonable price and told me what to watch out for in the future and how to prevent issues. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The Tech was very kind explains everything he was doing as he went along. It was repaired quickly as it wasn’t anything extensive. Scheduling was very professional definitely would use their services again. Love the 90 day after service. if anything else arises you will not be charged another service fee within that 90 day period for a tech to come out to look at your appliance.
