Reviews of local pros in Whitman, Massachusetts

Elliott Tree is fantastic! Nate (the owner) is very knowledgeable about trees so right from the get go I learned a lot about the trees in my yard and Nate gave me some great suggestions on taking care of them and what to look out for in terms of dead trees, ants, etc. It was really sound advice and I loved learning so much. They were really fair and explanatory in their quote. Christine at their office is very pleasant to speak with and helpful when we set up a time to meet for the quote and then a time to take down the dead tree in the yard.

They came yesterday and I'm telling you they are a well oiled machine. The guys were very friendly and professional. My two year old son was with me and he was in awe but also kind of scared of all the machines. They were super nice and friendly to us so he got bolder as they continued to be there and by the end he was sad to see them leave. They took down a huge dead tree that I had. It was in a very awkward spot to get and they had to drive on the lawn but if you came by today you wouldn't know that they had been there yesterday (well unless you noticed the tree gone!) because they were really meticulous in their clean up. I mean they came in, took down the tree like pros, put down boards to protect the grass, re-fluffed the grass, did a leaf blower, the whole nine yards. At some point I wanted to be like "guys it's clean enough don't worry about that!" I was really, really, impressed. I have another tree that is "on the edge" of being dead and will need to be taken down and Elliott is 100% worth every penny, they did a terrific job for a very reasonable price. Thanks Elliott tree!

We had Elliott Tree to our new house in 2019 to take down over 20 trees. At least 4 needed to be craned up and over the house and all of the trees were very tall. They did a great job and were in and out in two days. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of the property. We will definitely be asking them back when we take down more.

Okay so we had bad later winter storm and had a few trees come down. Let's just say they were above my paygrade. I am a homeowner that has a medium sized chainsaw and will do work if I need to. But this was too much for me. We later discovered that a maple tree was in danger of coming down after much deliberation and thought we decided to have some quote surgery done in our yard. These guys are true professionals from the estimator to office staff and the jobs foremen. I honestly can say I have never seen a group of contractors work so well together. These guys are the ultimate definition of do your job. If you guys can believe it, they have been out there double time since the big storms in March and is now nearly July. The prices were competitive. Do yourself a favor don't bother shopping, Elliott Tree Service is the best. Best people to work with, competitive pricing and very professional. Well done men.

Elliott Tree did an amazing job taking down a lot of trees. It's very impressive to watch the crew work. The price was great. The job was done flawlessly. It didn't even look like tree work was done after they left. Thank you!

Professional, quality work, left the area cleaner than they found it. Great to work with

Elliott Tree's professionalism and communication was excellent throughout the tree removal process, and their team's competence and flexibility was impressive. Highly recommend!

I'm in Oklahoma and bought a high value piece of equipment site unseen and these guys were honest and great to work with. Thank for the great customer service!

Elliot Tree removed several large trees from our yard yesterday. It was an amazing feat to watch. They have all the heavy equipment needed for any job, and they took extra care to protect our lawn and clean up thoroughly after they were finished. The crew was skilled, efficient, and professional! The price was very fair for the work they performed, and they were done in under 3 hours. We are very happy with their work and will highly recommend to anyone looking for tree services. Thank you!

I received several estimates for my request to remove several trees from my yard. Elliott tree were very responsive and provided a very fair estimate. Fast forward to today, the work was done. This team KNOWS what they are doing. There were some serious machines in my yard and the workers were extremely professional. I, for sure, thought my yard would be completely torn up by the time the job was done. Instead, other than the trees being gone, you'd hardly be able to tell they were here. So courteous to leave my property in as good shape as when they arrived. I am just so impressed by the work they performed today. I very highly recommend Elliott Tree and I'm so happy with my decision to hire them.

Awesome job, on time, cleaned up, exactly what we asked for, 5 trees gone!

The advertised seasoned firewood is green. Look somewhere else for wood

Fast delivery and exceptionally nice employees. Had an issue with first delivery of wood (one cord seasoned), however, Elliot Tree professionally and quickly resolved problem to my complete satisfaction. Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Called Elliot Tree to remove a maple tree from our front yard that had roots destroying our walkway and driveway. The price was very reasonable and they were able to complete the work quickly. The crew showed up and carefully removed the tree and ground the sump down for an extra charge. We couldn’t be happier with the service. Very professional crew.

Definitely the best price around. The crew was timely and super professional. I'm still super happy with how well they did and how clean my yard was when they left. It was so much cleaner then when they started my 15yr old noticed that's saying a lot cause he didn't notice the six huge missing pine trees but did comment on the yard. I've used a few tree companies at this point but I would only hire Elliot from now on!!

I was very impressed with their assessment of trees on my property. Smart, professional, and told me some work wasn't necessary so they saved me money. They are now my go to for tree work.

Elliott Tree was the best. The owner arrived as promised for a quote and was very honest. I agreed and his crew arrived early on the date promised. The crew were very polite and respectfully. They worked hard all day and kept me updated. I'm very pleased with the service and would recommend them.

Recent storm dropped a large sugar Maple tree 3 stockade fence wide into our fence and backyard. Thankfully no one hurt. Such a quick response from Elliot tree . Crew here today tree removed and all the fallen debris raked up limiting the damage to our lawn. Would not hesitate to use them in the future but hopefully the remaining trees will live long strong lives . Thanks again for being there when we needed you

The professionalism and communication from Elliott Tree's team was exceptional throughout the tree removal process, making what could be a stressful experience for homeowners a smooth and trouble-free one. Their expertise in tree trimming and removal left our yard looking beautifully manicured and safe.

I had a boat load of stumps and two large trees that needed pruning. The guys were Fantastic. They cleaned everything, as if they hadn’t been there.
Great Experience.
Thank you

Highly recommend. Emergency tree removal required during this last storm. Not only were they exceptionally responsive to our situation, they showed up when they said they would, completed the job perfectly, & were a pleasure to deal with.

Nathan Elliott and his crew were amazing! Super professional, cleaned up everything, and we’re competitively priced! Nathan himself was very charismatic and easy to talk to. His crew was fast and efficient! Highly recommend!
