Reviews of local pros in Whitman, Massachusetts

I can't say enough great things about this company and their service. Tbey were very kind and did an excellent job removing 3 very large pine's from our yard. We will be using them again for 2 more trees in the very near future!

Jeff and his crew is the BEST hands down. Went above and beyond and cleaned up like they were not even there. Would recommend this local South Shore company 100%!

We had some trees removed from our yard today and I can’t say enough good things about them! They showed up on time, did a very safe and efficient job, and left the yard cleaner than they found it. They were even kind enough to wave to my 1yo daughter who was watching them work like a tv show! I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again in the future

If you're looking to have trees taken down look NO further! Tom and Jeff were great as well as their crew, couldn't ask for a better group of guys to do the job! After the removal of all the trees as well as the stumps grinding it was like they were never there! All I can say is Awesome job and thanks again

From my original meeting with Tom to get an estimate and take a look at the scope of the job i knew there was something different about this company compared to the others i had received quotes from. When they showed up the morning they scheduled the work to be done i was truly in awe at the professionalism and condition of the equipment and i knew i made the right choice. They got straight to work in what was a perfectly orchestrated execution of removing 17 trees. Im not one to normally peer out the window while the professionals work, but i watched the whole thing as it was truly a sight to see. Upon completion of the job they left it extremely neat and tidy. My neighbors even remarked at how smooth of an operation this was. They run like a well oiled machine. I would highly recommend them and on future tree work would be my only call. Absolutely outstanding job.

I HIGHLY recommend this company for ANY and all your tree service needs. The entire crew was professional, pleasant and hard working. They left the property in pristine condition. It was a pleasure to observe how effortless they made operating the huge crane they used. Watching the whole process was entertaining. It was an extremely efficient operation. I would trust Jeff, Tom and his crew with the most precarious of tree removal services.

Palaza and McDonough are an amazing tree service. I would recommend them to anyone! They were very professional and skilled in the way they worked.
Even my neighbors stopped what they were doing an watched! After the tree was removed they were so good in cleaning up the yard and areas where they worked. Very pleasant and professional people to work with!

Fantastic company, fantastic work, fantastic communicators - the entire process was extremely transparent, they did exactly what they said they'd do and when. We had a lot of trees removed and Jeff came and walked us through the whole process and made this a very simple and straightforward experience.

Tom and his crew did an amazing job! They were on time, friendly and extremely professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Tom made sure we were completely satisfied and they did a great clean up job when they were all done.

Tom and his entire crew were amazing. The caliber of the crew, equipment and professionalism was impressive. Don’t hesitate, if you have hazard trees, these are the folks you want. From start to finish everything was perfect. And the cleanup! You could hardly tell they’d been there. From sweeping and debris blowing to fluffing up the sod, they go the extra mile. Highly recommended!

This was the second time that we have used Palaza & McDonough for tree removal & trimming. We had a couple of large trees that fell in recent storms, a few dead trees, and some trimming needed on a huge silver maple and locust tree. It's obvious that this crew works together all the time. It was a smooth process from beginning to end. They made sure that they protected our driveway while using their heavy machinery and they did a fantastic job of cleaning up after they finished. Thank you to Tom McDonough and his crew for another excellent job. I highly recommend them!

The most amazing company I've ever worked with. Came out and did exactly what I asked right on spot. The cleanup was phenomenal.!! Do not go anywhere else I'm telling you ! I've dealt with many tree companies, and these are professional professionals

Mass Bay Tree was great to deal with, very communicative, prices were very reasonable and below other competitors estimates. They did an outstanding job with cutting, removing and trimming many trees. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We hired mass bay to help remove a bunch of trees on the side of our property, including some huge hazardous pines. Jarrod and his team were efficient, professional, and friendly. They made sure all our needs were met and all our questions answered. They did great work at a fair price, and cleaned up well after the job was finished. Highly recommend and will hire again for any future tree work!

My husband and I hired Mass Bay Tree to take down a handful of trees last week, and we could not be happier. They were very communicative, professional, and they did an amazing job. We had the stumps grounded down as well, and they made my yard look like there were never trees in it. Highly recommend this company!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Mass Bay Tree! We had 4 MASSIVE pine trees in our backyard in an area that's tough to access due to being on a small back road with no real space to work, and we were worried about them damaging our property or one of our neighbors'. In addition, we had a massive oak tree in our side yard, and a number of stumps from trees that had been removed from the property previously. After quotes from 2 other local outfits, Jarrod came up to our door. He was friendly, easy to talk to, clearly knowledgeable about trees (and the removal process), open and honest, and gave us more than a fair price comparative to the competition. Jarrod and his team showed up less than 5 days later, and in 2 days removed 4 MASSIVE pine trees, a big Oak tree, a number of other small trees, and grinded every stump on my property. On top of that, they were professional, friendly (smiling, waving and talking with my wife and kids), worked quickly, and all the while, it was clear safety was their number one priority! While they were here, they even picked up business from a number of our neighbors, and we look forward to seeing them working in the neighborhood over the next few weeks. Best of all, the cleanup they did after the fact actually left my yard looking better than when they arrived (including leaves and debris we had been too lazy to clean up around the yard before). Thanks Jarrod and team, and know that we will be recommending you to anyone who will listen!

Mass Bay is awesome! We had a pretty huge tree fall on the house. Mass Bay came out with a crane and removed it smoothly and much more quickly than I thought possible. The crew was friendly and really did amazing work. They also offered to remove a couple of other dying/drooping trees at no extra charge. They left everything clean. Couldn't have had a better experience!

Jarrod and his crew did an incredible job clearing trees and debris around my home. From my initial phone call all the way till the job was done, these guys did nothing but exceed my expectations! Jarrod’s communication was top notch and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Awesome job by Jarrod and the whole crew at Mass Bay Tree. Using a crane and all the best tools they safely removed 5 dangerous trees. I spent 45 years watching these trees grow and recently inherited the house. I had a special request to preserve one and the team was able to cut a sycamore up into pavers we can now use in the woods. They cleaned up the whole yard, stacked all the logs in the woods and left a neat pile of chips. It looks amazing. Highly recommend Mass Bay Tree. Everyone is friendly and big time pros. Thanks so much!!

This is the good cleaning 👍

I love it, The cleaning is the perfect ever!
