Reviews of local pros in Wilbraham, Massachusetts

Green Grass is a great company to work with. From quote to installation to service, absolutely the best!

Green Grass did an excellent job the first time, that they came back a second time when the system was expanded to the back yard as well. Very professional and thorough in all aspect. Always timely when it was time in the fall to winterize. Thank you

Thoughtful, professional, efficient and helpful in every way. All involved from Green Grass did an excellent job in all regards. Nice people as well.

I had my back yard irrigation system installed with these guys. I want to say they did a great job very timely as well as friendly. It was nice that the owner came out prior to the crew informing me of the lay out and asking if I had any concerns etc.... I want to say these guys took the time to adjust and move two sprinkler heads that they did not install so that my flower beds could receive water🙌🏾 I can’t say enough support your Local Business .....

Thank you
Green Grass

Great service and great price!! They are so easy to work with and make you feel secure and cared for!! Thanks again!!

We had a sprinkler system installed by Green Grass about 20 years ago, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. They are professional, responsive, reasonably priced, friendly and so very helpful! From the initial installation to the yearly service, I always know that I can depend on them to show up when they say they will, fix any issues and make great suggestions for upgrades or improvements. Shout out to Quincy for his help every year! I recommend this company to anyone and everyone who is looking for a sprinkler system. You will not regret it, and your lawn and garden will thank you! :-)

Great people to do business with. Squeezed the installation in within 1 week from estimate. Crew did a great job to make the lawn look like they were never there as much as possible.

Jim and Denise are two of the nicest people to work with. They have excellent customer service. I got 12 zones installed and 64 sprinkler heads. Green Grass is by far the most competitive in terms of pricing in the area. Can not thank you enough for taking good care of me. Don’t think twice about hiring this company!!!

Jim and his crew were incredibly professional, quick and organized. We had a few requests for the system and Jim exceeded our expectations. They even added seed to the very small spots where the lawn was displaced.

You know when you have picked the right company to work with. Just had my new system installed and couldn’t be more happier with the outcome. I highly recommend them, they really care about what they do and it shows.

I have been fortunate to have Green Grass take care of my irrigation system that they installed in 1990. When you first call you will meet Denise. She’s friendly, professional and will treat you as family. Denise will set up the crews that will install or service your system. I needed a lot of repairs on my system this year 2024. I am just amazed that the knowledge of the system starts with Denise and travels through their repair technicians. When they arrive you will be impressed with their knowledge, friendliness, quality workmanship and they are on time. They will explain in details what’s needs to be repaired and will get your approval first. This company I recommend to Family and Friends. Thanks again Green Grass.

Jimmy and team came out to my home yesterday to install a new sprinkler system. The entire crew was amazing! They were courteous, polite, and the utmost professionals. The install for the plumbing inside the house is neat and tidy. Jimmy took the time to walk me through all the head locations prior to starting and ensured we were happy with how he had laid everything out. So nice to work with a such a great company!

The customer service is professional and friendly. They respond so quickly, and they do wonderful work. I wish all companies operated like Green Grass!

Friendly and professional team.

Jim quoted the job in the winter and said, "We do our installs as soon as the weather allows."

He reached out to me in late March and set up a visit to layout the zones and flag the sprinkler head locations.

The next day he showed up with his crew and within 5 hours I had 8 zones of fully-functional irrigation installed and adjusted.

When they left, there was almost no sign they had been there. There were two or three small spots that showed dirt but they were leveled and seeded.

They walked me through the operation of the Rain Bird controller They also showed me how to use the application modify the controller settings from my phone.

I am very pleased with the quality of the work as well as my interactions with Jim and his team.

We have had their service for years. They respond quickly to any issues with irrigation heads or programming water flows. Our grass is beautiful and healthy. Their employees have all been kind and answer any questions we have.

Green Grass Irrigation was recommended to me after retaining walls and a patio were installed. Jimmy arrived as scheduled, we assessed my entire property and we developed a broader scope in design than Jimmy was expecting, We very quickly understood the mission and was I given a quote on the spot. The quote was very good, "dare I say favorable" and I immediately accepted the proposal. This initial assessment was on Wednesday August 1st , Jimmy was back at my home August Saturday 3rd to setup flags and for us to walk through the design visually.
Monday August 5th, Jimmy and his team arrived at approximately 8:00 AM and were done installing\ expanding the irrigation system by 12:00 PM. Jimmy and his team are professional, respect your home and I can't imagine I could get a greater value and experience from another company. I have already asked Jimmy \ Green Grass Irrigation to schedule closing of my system in the fall and opening it in the spring. I recommend Green Grass Irrigation to anyone looking for a professionally installed irrigation system. Be ready to be impressed by the professionalism and dedication to your satisfaction.

Jimmy and his team did a fantastic job on a 10 zone system in rocky Belchertown. They were very professional, super informative, easy and great to work with. They did a great job explaining the system and did an excellent job cleaning up after the installation, yard looks like they were never here. System works great and I would highly recommend them

Green grass was recommended to me by one of my customers. I usually don’t write reviews but From the initial quote, to scheduling the job, to completion Jim and his team were friendly, professional and took time to explain what they were doing and answer any questions. Would highly recommend and will be using again in the future. Great experience and great company to do business with

This was one of the best experiences we have had with a contractor. The Green Grass team are professional and and every step of the process was executed to perfection. I would definitely recommend Green Grass Irrigation.

Jim, Denise and the team did an awesome job installing our sprinkler system a couple years ago—and for taking care of my brother’s place today too! We continue to be impressed by the quality of your work, your professionalism, and the attention to detail. It’s great to see the same level of care and excellence carried through the years. We really appreciate it!
Keep it up, and thanks again!

Green Grass installed sprinklers to my front yard today and they were excellent!! They were very knowledgeable and informative about the entire process and did the job in one day. They left my yard in great condition and the sprinklers are on a WiFi timer that I can control from anywhere! I am very happy with my sprinklers and highly recommend Green Grass!
