I recently hired Land Solutions for a complete overhaul of my front and backyard, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the results! From the very first consultation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive to my ideas and concerns. They took the time to understand my vision, offering suggestions that enhanced the design in ways I hadn't considered.
The attention to detail in their work is outstanding. They transformed my yard into a beautiful, outdoor space I now enjoy every day. The well-constructed retaining wall, stairs and pathway along with precise edging were done to perfection.
They were also willing to accommodate any last minute changes as the project went long. Darryl, Jose and their crew were punctual, hard-working, and respectful of my property.

When you want the project done right, this is the company to call. At the initial project meeting Darryl was communicative, provided design suggestions, and submitted an estimate that was timely, detailed, and competitive. We made numerous project modifications during construction of our new patio and walkways and Darryl provided the expert support and guidance we needed. His work crew was always on time and worked hard to get work done each day. They were skilled, competent, and had great attention to detail. Land Solutions has the equipment needed to get the job done. Visitors to our home have been impressed with the workmanship. The project outcome exceeded our expectation.

Backyard patio projects can be complex. I am glad that I hired Land Solutions of Billerica, MA to work on my project. The company was highly recommended by the Tewksbury Masonry & Landscape Supply Co. where I looked and picked out the materials for building the patio. The Land Solutions team is highly professional. I presented a plan when I was getting bids from various companies. The price quoted and the start/finish times were exactly as promised during the bidding process. Darryl and his team installed >600 sq ft patio with a fire pit feature, surrounded by sitting walls with built-in lighting and lanterns. They paid attention to every detail and were prompt to clarify and to suggest various improvements to my original plan/drawing. They used an excavator to dig out the soil, brought in lots of gravel, crushed stone and the leveling sand, ran the low voltage wire, and perfectly leveled everything before laying the pavers. Everything was done according to the best practices for building the patio. Building a perfect paver pattern, curving the sitting walls is both art and science, and their final results are flawless. I am very happy with the outcome, and I highly recommend Darryl and his Land Solutions team!

Daryl and his team at Land Solutions are some of the best contractors we have worked with during our home renovation projects. Daryl came in and saved our patio project after our previous contractor left us with a mess. Daryl and his team were able to come up with a plan to execute and finish the project. Daryl was the only contractor willing to take on the challenge to finish our project and they created a space our whole family loves to enjoy. Darryl and his entire team were prompt, professional, hard working, and friendly. We had 2 projects completed and will be using them to do one more. They came in with top of the line equipment, removed giant boulders and stumps, regraded and hydroseeded. They installed the most beautiful looking patio, and prepped the area for our shed. Everything is neat, even, and clean. We loved it so much, we had them do our front walkway and hydroseed the rest of the yard. I got three quotes for our projects, and Land Solutions had the fairest quote for the extensive work we needed. We got another quote for quite a bit more for the same work, as well as a quote for part of the work, which was about the same price but didn't include all of what Darryl was able to do. Hiring Land Solutions was an outstanding decision! Thanks Darryl!!

Daryl is a very busy man. When him and his crew do get to your project they are focused, thorough, and very professional. The project was conducted quickly and correctly. Very dependable.

Daryl was great at laying out a design with us, and fitting in considerations for our future plans in the rest of the yard.
The crew worked hard despite the heat, the patio came out great, and they left the site finished off and tidy.
Their partner pavers, D&D also did a nice job grading and installing our new driveway.

We needed our garage stairs replaced - and we just weren't motivated to do it ourselves. I figured that while they were here, they could also into also remove some old fill from our yard and dig the trench for electrical conduit from the house to the shed. You know, while they were here with all of the equipment :)

To say I am pleased with the results would be an understatement. Daryl and his team are exceptional - professional, conscientious and courteous. Their attention to detail was so refreshing. During excavation, Daryl noticed an old concrete stair foundation under our deck and asked if we wanted that removed. I thought that thing would be here forever. He even returned with temporary fencing to keep our dogs out of the newly laid grass areas for the winter. The stairs look amazing, but everything that they touched was left so perfectly. I can't wait for the weather to get warmer (and the grass to grow back) so we can get out there and enjoy our revived space. I'm already thinking about our next project.

Darryl and his team did absolutely amazing work at our house. We had a pathway from our privacy fence to an existing patio put in, a front walkway, new granite stairs and a new granite post mailbox. The team was quick, the work is impeccable and Darryl was awesome to work with. We had a water issue in our basement (unrelated to the work, but didn’t know it at the time), and called on the Fourth of July. Not only did he jump in his truck to come here immediately, he called a plumber on the way to meet him to check it out. Stand up guy, can’t recommend him more!

We had a large patio installed by Darryl and his team. He was responsive to our requests. During the process he even adjusted the border on the patio because it was not looking right. With all the rain we have been getting, I was nervous about drainage issues with such a large patio against our house, but no issues thus far! His prices are competitive and we chose him because we liked Techo Bloc and he has used this block on many projects. We even met him onsite at other homes to see his work. Highly recommend you at least get a quote and consider hiring him and his team for your patio.

AMAZING! Darryl and his team transformed my plot of land from a stump and boulder riddled wasteland to an absolutely beautiful landscape. He was responsive and receptive to any request we had and went the extra mile to make our project run smoothly. 5 stars is not enough for Land Solutions and will definitely be working with them again in the future for our next project!

Darryl proposed a hardscape solution for us in the fall to clean up the area around and under our decking. We now have a beautiful patio with a built in bench and fire pit for our summer gatherings. In addition, they have pitched our walkways to drain towards the driveway and buried our gutters to clear some of the roof water away from the house. Everything not hardscaped has new loam and hydroseeding. Once the grass fills in the yard will be complete. Care was taken to ensure the irrigation lines were all connected and functioning correctly to cover all of the changed areas. The crew came early this spring and finished it up very quickly with lots of attention to detail. He followed up with us and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The before and after photos are included to show the transformation. We highly recommend Land Solutions and Hardscapes.

We used land solutions for a rather large project - grading yard, above ground pool prep and landscape design. My overall experience was great. The owner is very easy to talk to and accommodating. We are very happy with the outcome of our backyard and would highly recommend to any family or friends who are looking to redo a yard, retaining wall or any other landscape design

We had a fantastic experience working with Darryl and his team. From the start, they were responsive, providing a prompt quote with options that fit both our budget and the challenges of our yard. They prioritized getting us on the schedule quickly, knowing we had a deadline that was fast approaching, and they stayed as close to schedule as possible—despite relentless rain—working through drizzle and even on a Saturday.

When Darryl noticed an issue with the stone’s color, he took it upon himself to return it and spent an entire morning finding new stone that perfectly matched our design. Darryl and his crew did an amazing job building a patio for us. The job involved removal of the old and installing a new walkway, installing a new patio with a stationary fire pit, and building a sitting wall around the firepit. Darryl was very easy to work with, did everything as we asked, and was very insightful with answering some of the design questions. We actually modified our original design in line with Darryl’s recommendations which I liked better in the end than our original idea. The crew was very knowledgeable about what they do, did a great job efficiently without any issues. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to install a new patio, a wall, or for any other hard scraping project.

Daryl and his crew at Land Solutions were incredible to work with. He helped bring my yard back to life with giving me ideas on how to take the overgrown mess I had in my mulch beds and make it look beautiful again.
