Needed an ice maker replacement. Mike showed up on time, was courteous and very professional. Also provided great tips for maintaining my Samsung refrigerator. Great work.

Whitney was terrific and we couldn’t have asked for a better technician. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and communicated well explaining why our LG dishwasher was leaking.

My dryer had grinding noise. Samsung sent Service Quick to resolve the problem, but the problem wasn't fixed and the fieldworker mentioned there was physical damage on the dryer. I requested a service ticket again and it was assigned to Alpha. Sam from Alpha resovled this problem in some minutes without any replacement. He did a great job. Thanks a lot to Sam and Alpha.

Today was the second time Whitney came to my house. First was to replace a fridge door a few weeks ago, today was for the dishwasher. He was awesome and knowledgable both times - 10/10 would recommend.

Mike repaired my Samsung dryer on Wednesday 12/22/2021. In comparison to the last technician, Mike is incredibly professional, patient, and friendly toward his customers. I highly recommend his services to anyone who is looking to get their appliances fixed.

Our refrigerator had some issues with refrigerator compartment, the air is very cold and can't control the temperature. Called Alpha NE Electronics late Friday, they came onsite next Monday, and identified it is a damper issue. Ordered the part from the original manufacture the same day, and also keep us the posted for the part delivery status, although there is a little delay on delivery (I know it is out of control of their hands), they called us and schedule another visit as soon as the ordered part is arrived. The refrigerator has been fixed with the reasonable price. Like the service, and would like to recommend service to other people.

Whitney Cherry came to the house from Alpha NE and efficiently fixed my new Bosch dishwasher which was under warranty. I recommend him and Alpha NE highly.

I had Whitney out to repair my Samsung dishwasher that's still under warranty. It was throwing an error code, and the first company I had in checked the code, ordered a part based on the code, and left. They were in and out in 5 minutes. Whitney took the time to investigate and fixed it in one call.

A pleasant surprise compared to some other appliance repair shops I've dealt with recently. Whitney came out quickly for the icemaker in my Samsung fridge. He was very knowledgeable and even though our case was tricky, he spent the time to get it done right. The cost was fully covered by Samsung, too!

We had Alpha NE Electronics come in and fix our Vent hood and the entire experience was awesome! Quick scheduling - they came to evaluate it and diagnose the issue, ordered the part, followed up once the part arrived, and quick scheduling for coming in and fixing it. Compared to two other appliance maintenance shops who wasted a combined total of ~20 hours of time, I could not be happier. Would definitely recommend & will call them in the future for other needs. Friendly and high quality service!

This is the second time that I've used Alpha to fix my Bosch appliances within the past 3 years. Alpha scheduled a service call for my Bosch refrigerator relatively quickly. Service technician, Whit, arrived within scheduled window. He was professional and explained the issue. Great to have my ice maker working again.
