Cesar Martinez and his crew did an excellent job. They were very kind and explained their plan very well. They also worked very efficiently finishing the job 2.5 hours earlier than planned. They also took care to clean the floors after working as well.

Cesar Martinez was the manager for the insulation at my home and him and his team did an amazing job! They worked all day and got the job completed in the attic, the exterior walls and the basement! I highly recommend Cesar and his team! Appreciate you guys!

I recently had Nick and Truck122 from HomeWorks Energy come out to do some insulation work in our attic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were extremely professional and courteous. Before beginning, they went into extensive detail about the work they were going to do, making sure I understood everything. After completing the job, they reviewed all the work again to ensure I was satisfied.
They left the space spotless and everything was cleaned up perfectly. Both Nick and Truck122 were kind, respectful, and clearly take pride in their work. The insulation they installed made an immediate difference; I could feel the improvement in comfort as soon as they left. Great job by Cesar Martinez and his 2-man crew. Completed a big 2-day job, insulating attic, crawl space, basement, and exterior of house. Meticulous about the work, the clean-up, and helping to take a few items down from attic. Explained work, invoice line items, etc.
Also need to recognize Jason Freitas who conducted the initial assessment. Clearly super-knowledgable, provided detailed explanations for all of the recommendations, answered all of my (many!) questions. Highly recommend this whole team!

MassSave (Pietra de Silva) found massive insulation problems with our 147 year old Victorian home - sill, doors, attic, crawl spaces. She was knowledgeable and promised that her partners @ Homeworks were good. In fact, they were great. Jacob Emerson, the team lead, spent most of his time working in a hazmat suit and cutting foam board. Luis Perez and Ronnie Garcia sprayed, pried boards up, got into crawl spaces, and created a warm comfortable temperature this old house has never seen. They completed a massive Job in just 3 days at a cost that was pennies on the dollar, thanks to our state government's energy saving program, MassSave. I will do this again on day one if I ever move to a new house.

The crew did a great job air sealing and insulating the attic and walls of my newly renovated home without making a mess. I had a great experience with HomeWorks Energy through the MassSave program! I had my home insulated by Homeworks. Everyone I talked to was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. From Trevor who did the initial assessment to Team Lead Nick and his team of Justin and Darlin who did the physical work adding insulation from the garage to the attic and weatherproofing all my doors, the guys were thorough, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Nick also took great care to explain everything to me before they did it, which I really appreciated. I’m happy I insulated my home through the MassSave program and HomeWorks.

Cesar Martinez and his team did an exceptional job at my home in Somerville. They were punctual and extremely hard-working. Despite freezing temperatures and an icy roof they installed a vent turbine on a steeply-pitched roof.

Beyond being excellent workers, they did a very thorough cleanup and were courteous and considerate throughout.

I had Brian and his crew over to take out and install my pull down attic stairs. It was in a tough spot and alot of work. They took the old out, installed the new and framed it with wood. It looks and works beautifully. They laid down some flooring in the attic and left my house spotless. Brian is the best!!!

This company is the absolute worst!!! Stay far away if you can so you don’t have to go through the experience I am having. We set up the install and then I was contacted by Kobe To sign the official contract in which they doubled the price. I was told the price went up because they have to put 3 inch insulation in the bays first and then 6 inch crisscross over that because I chose to go with Fiberglass insulation instead of blown in. I was told they are the same price, but Kobe said it was gonna be a lot more work to do two layers so I told them I was all set with their services and was going to seek another company. I got a call back from a manager, asking why I want to go with a different company. I explained the situation and he said he would honor the original price which to me was still a little sketchy, but I chose to do that cause I didn’t want to stop the process over. And then the nightmare begins… The crew that showed up, I feel like I’ve never done this job before in their lives. A little background, I’ve been an electrician for 25 years. I have my own business and I work in addicts all the time, even sometimes alongside mass save contractors As I am a mass save contractor myself for heat pumps.they showed up 3 hours earlier than scheduled. At that point, they told me they cannot do the basement air sealing because I have to remove all my ceiling tiles around the perimeter of the basement in the finished area which I was never told this by the assessment guy or Kobe or that would’ve been done in advance. So they start in the attic and when I got home around noon to see how it was going, I found their insulation laying on my Christmas decorations, breaking three of my candy canes that light up. The bag was still laying on top of them. It’s not like they even tried to hide it. They parked their truck in front of my house and literally walked across my front yard with the decorations rather than parking in the driveway and using the walkway like normal people. They also broke one of my solar pathway lights. As they were bringing in the bags of insulation, they were dragging them so they were getting wet Dirty and then dragging them up my stairs and down my hallways, rubbing against the walls, we had marks all over the walls, the stairs, the hallway from dirt and scratches from them, dragging the bags of insulation. Turning the installation, a inspector from Adobe showed up to check on their work and he found that they missed a bunch of air sealing and made them go back in the air seal in the attic I also pointed out that they were installing the insulation wrong because I was told they had to put the 3 inches in the bay to make it reached the top of the joist and then they were gonna take the 6 inch and go over that so there was no air gaps. That is not how it was installed. They literally rolled out the 6 inch and then put the 3 inch on top of it which seemed ridiculous as if that was the case they could’ve just done 9 inch insulation. When they were leaving the Crew Leader made me pay for the entire job even though it was not complete because they did not do the basement and when I asked about that, they said that they We’re done. So I paid and then called Kobe, who is the job leader and never answered his phone. I finally got a hold of a guy named David and he promised that he would get the situation fixed. This was done in December early December and here we are in February and they are just emailing back about the damages after I have called and talked to several different people in the homewerks About this situation. They had a supervisor come out and go through the entire attic and take pictures of everything and file a report and he said this will be getting taken care of the following week that was in December as well. We are still at no resolve. I paid for more than what I got. They have not been back to air seal the basement. DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST AND THEY DO NOT HIRE QUALIFIED IN INSULATORS.

Miguel and his HomeWorks crew recently insulated our attic and basement. Their work was so detailed and professional. Our house feels SO MUCH warmer and the timing couldn't be more perfect with the cold winter upcoming and my Wife & I having a baby on the way. Miguel's knowledge was scientific (I joked with him that he must have a Master's degree in energy savings) and his communication and commitment were absolutely fantastic.
