IRC is the absolute best. I have called on them countless times and they have come through for me and the properties I manage. Chris, Everton, Manny, Isabella - they are all amazing, friendly and highly responsive. I couldn't ask for a better team of professionals! They know what they are doing, they do it quickly, they communicate well, and they charge fair prices. Highly recommend!

IRC has been my go-to remediation company for a few years now. They are always on time, easy to communicate with and do excellent work from start to finish. Big or small job, IRC is the go-to.

I did not hire this company- but the apartment I rent from is contracted with them so they came in to do some drywall repairs/builds. Though they worked quickly and the end result looks fine- my apartment was left covered in dust (they didn’t cover any of my furniture) and I was also left with a cracked TV stand. I truthfully feel as though they stood on top of it, if not dropped something on it but never reported it to the leasing office or their own supervisor. I had covered the tv stand (tv was moved to another room to avoid being damaged which was clearly a good call) as well as my dining table and chairs with bed sheets. I didn’t notice the crack myself until I removed the sheet, which would likely explain why they didn’t say anything about it. However that doesn’t explain the drywall dust boot-print that was on the top of my couch. Not only did they not bother to cover it, but it was very clearly used as a step ladder by one of them. Overall would not recommend unless you are able to be there to make sure your property is properly cared for in the process.

HORRIBLE. The service was absolutely awful, If I could give it 0 stars I would. The only good thing they did was coming here on time. I had my son speak with them while I was next to him and we told them that we wanted to bleach clean our carpet. The day comes and they are cleaning our carpet you would think the job would at least take an hour or so but no they were only here for 15 minutes. I was in awe when they came and asked me for the money because it was done quickly. My son came and asked them if they’ll come back and finish it because it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, they said yes they'll be back. About 2 hours passed and they didn’t comeback. I called them and It automatically went to voicemail that really pissed me off! I then had my daughter call them because they wouldn’t recognize her number and they automatically picked up that’s when I went off on them. The lady on the phone (Isabella) told me that she only spoke to my son about a “basic cleaning” she tried to lie to me but thank God I was sitting next to my son the day we scheduled the appointment. I told her we asked for a bleach cleaning. I will never in my life EVER make an appointment with you people and I hope nobody else does this. (Btw my apartment complex told me to call these people to clean my carpet).

Did a great job replacing siding. Everything was completed on time, the old stuff was cleaned up and removed, new siding looks great. No complaints.

Professional, prompt, responsible in every respect. These folks have been my go-to for repair and roofing projects for 8 years now and I can't imagine that changing. Fair prices, no unpleasant surprises and as people they are courteous and respectful. They even managed to somehow match the paint in my kitchen (I had to have one wall rebuilt and repainted) perfectly, so I didn't need to repaint the whole room! Kept the whole house, inside and out, clean during and after the project.

Repaired gutters on house. Communication was excellent. Would work with them again.

I had a small leaking in my house, tried to call many different companies and FRG was the only one that came over, Fabio was honest about the issue and charged a very fair price for repair performed at my roof.

FRG did an excellent job removing an old roofdeck and replacing roof, gutters and downspouts. We will definitely use them again for other projects.
