I hired Arrow to clean my house, treat my roof and clean my fence, they did a wonderful job, I would highly recommend

Not only is ARROW on-time, but they also come BEFORE. Their window washing is second-to-none with a technique that defies description. It is possible that you will pay for less with some other no-name company; but ARROW is reliable, clean, customer-based, and (above all) reasonably priced.

Editing to add to my initial review, in reply to the response from the owner -
I absolutely saw you on RT. 1 N, between 3 and 3:30 p.m. (exactly when I posted the initial review) and I witnessed rubbish being tossed from the passenger window.
If you would have been honest and just admitted it, I would have deleted this review, but now it stands so your customers know exactly who they are dealing with. I am admittedly not a customer, just a person who cares about the environment.

I suggest it is best practice to not have someone in your passenger seat of the company truck throwing trash out the window.

Victor did a great job power washing fence (which looks brand new) The fence is 10 years old. Soft washed the house which results are amazing. Look no further. Call this company today

Arrow property alleviated, removed and cleaned the moss on my roof (looks and even smells brand new) In addition, their detailed oriented crew noticed my gutter needed attention and also cleaned those! I would high recommend Arrow Property Inc!

The Arrow team was spectacular - the service had to be rescheduled a couple times because of weather, so they ended up coming at the same time we were having real estate listing photos taken. They were more than willing to clean according to the schedule of photos, even though it meant starting from the bottom (not the usual plan). They went above and beyond cleaning things we didn’t even ask about and were incredibly conscientious about wearing booties and closing baby gates indoors. They were complete pleasures from beginning to end and we look forward to working with them again!

During the snow melting from our last snow storm, I noticed a waterfall coming from one of my gutters due to the overflow of water in my gutters. I immediately knew I had a clog and had to find a company to perform a gutter cleaning for my whole house. I started off by calling another local company first who specializes in gutter cleaning, but were they not only unable to give me a date/time of when they could perform the work, but had me waiting over two weeks to come out even after relaying over my concern about the clogged gutter. I researched other local companies and stumbled upon Arrow Property Services. I immediately gave them a call and in less than 24 hours I had Victor and Thiago at my property to provide me a quote on the gutter cleaning service I had requested. I explained my concern with the clogged gutter and they immediately provided me with a quote for cleaning all my gutters and had me scheduled for the NEXT DAY! These guys are so professional and listened to my concern and took immediate action. The courtesy call to let me know they were on the way, the attention to detail from start to finish was excellent. Scheduling system was amazing, the professional manner in which they run their business, and the online payment system made everything so seamless. Honestly the next best thing would be self cleaning gutters, but their crew was great and I will definitely be using them again for gutter cleaning and other services they provide. Arrow Property Services is amazing! I called to set up an appointment and communication was great! They soft washed and sanitized the whole exterior of my house and deck, cleaned the exterior and interior of my windows, washed my fence and deep cleaned my garage floors. The house looked brighter and brand new. Both their work and customer service was amazing! Definitely calling them back

I recently hired a pressure washing company to clean my house, and I am thoroughly impressed! From the time I contacted the owner Victor he responded immediately and came right out to look at job and give me an estimate. Arrow provided a detailed estimate of the work needed, they were super organized and made scheduling the services easy. The day they came to do the work they meticulously power washed my home siding, stairs, decks, driveway, patio, pool cabana, shed, and outdoor kitchen. Additionally, they took great care in washing all my windows and screens, including the skylights and fence. The team was incredibly kind and dedicated to ensuring my satisfaction, going above and beyond by returning to add polymeric sand to my pavers which was removed during the cleaning process. Lastly I was blown away by their state-of-the-art equipment they had on the trailer to clean your home and their thorough approach; it’s clear they are a legitimate company, not just some weekend warrior with a side hustle using a basic power washer and brush. Bottom line they are the real deal and definitely a cut above the rest and I highly recommend them to anyone needing top-notch power washing services.
