We were introduced to Enviro-Master in 2019. Rob Nager arrived in our Salem, MA business and we instantly saw that he had a lot of knowledge when it came to sanitation. His no pressure approach is what made our company invite Enviro-Master in to help keep our clients and employees safe. Flash forward to 2020 when we were faced with an unimaginable pandemic. We remained safe and in control due to the incredible services already being provided to us by Rob and his team!! The team is courteous, neat, on-time and very respectful of our business. They are very straight forward with their cost and provide a high quality product. Their foreman, Maloney is so great to work with as well. We could not be more pleased with the services we have experienced and would highly recommend you consider Enviro-Master for your business as well! Thank you!!

A few days ago, one of our employees was struck by COVID-19 after being exposed to a family member. She learned of her exposure while in the office. Our protocol called for her immediate quarantine and the next day she called from home telling us she herself was positive though asymptomatic. All of us of course were concerned about the exposure. We did our best to wipe down all the high touch areas as we had been practicing but felt with the virus visiting us as it had that the services of a professional were required. We called a few places but also had a good referral to Enviro-Master Boston North. They were very quick to respond and Rob Nager came right up to our facility to review the situation. He also pointed out we would benefit from their professional bathroom services as well in terms of fighting off this virus and other infectious organisms. We agreed to their very reasonable terms and they arrived the following business day. I was quite impressed with their operations manager, Malony Silva, a very pleasant hard working young man and his teammate Walter. They got right to work and took care of business disinfecting the office areas and sprucing up the bathrooms. I have to say the before and after pictures were embarrassing. What we thought was a good job being done by us to keep the bathrooms clean was a far cry from that. It was simply unacceptable by comparison. Their efforts made a huge difference that was immediately obvious. We are very satisfied with their work and all of us here are that much more comfortable now knowing we are fighting this virus and other pathogens with their help. It is without hesitation that I recommend them should you be considering their services.
