Arbor Care did an excellent job cutting down our tree. It looked like the tree was never there in the first place. They are super nice and responsive. It was sad to have our sick tree cut down, but they made it as pleasant as possible.

I was in despair for a tree on my property that for four years was shedding leaves as early as July. I figured it was a goner. But Arbor Care came in, assessed the situation and here we are in September and all the leaves are still on the branches nice and green. I highly recommend if you have issues with any of your foliage to bring them in for a professional assessment.

Your crew's trimming back my overgrown yew hedge last week was done efficiently and effectively--it is nice to have it back to normal size! With many thanks for a job well done....

Mark and team did a wonderful job topping, pruning, clearing tree branches over lines. They are qualified people with the right equipment. Worked consistently the whole time while here and you could see that they truly had an eye for the work as they were doing it. Cleanup during and at the end of the job was immaculate. The end result was a collection of trees that now look magnificent and should for years to come. Thanks guys!

We've used Arbor Care for a variety of projects. Previously they have carefully pruned trees and shrubs, have connected some fragile branches on an antique Hydrangea that continues to survive. This year they removed a gigantic London Plane that grew too large for its site. A sad loss but unavoidable considering its enthusiastic growth . No project too complicated for this team.

Arborcare is far and away the best tree service I've ever worked with. Scratch that. They are the best contractors of ANY kind I've had work on my house.

Over the past few years, I've needed several complicated tree and branch removals in my yard, and Mark's crew has handled them expertly and efficiently. Mark (the owner) is like a doctor for your trees. He can diagnose exactly what you need without overselling you, and he really cares that you're happy with the work. Highly recommended.

We have been using Arbor Care at our home in Medford for 20 years. My husband and I are both landscape architects and are very fussy about our trees; we appreciate their ecological value and the ambience they create, including how they look from inside the house. When we bought our house, the trees were ordinary if not ugly, and Arbor Care transformed their appearance and health significantly. They have a great eye for pruning any type of tree and always remain true to its natural shape. We've also used them to remove medium and large trees, provide cables for weak branches, feeding, and they helped with satisfying our homeowner insurance's requirements for keeping trees away from the roof. Mark is a true plantsman. He is really responsive and surrounds himself with great collogues in the office and out in the field. Used them 8 to 10 times and have never had to call them back to fix or redo anything. They are worth every penny!

We loved working with Mark and his team. The tree removal and pruning has made such a big difference at the house! It feels like a new place with light coming into the first floor windows (we hadn't realized how much the bushes had taken over!). And we feel that the amount of greenery left (for the local habitat and for us!) is just right. Mark pays attention to every detail and really listened to us and what we were looking for in the project. I really appreciated that and every part of working with Arbor Care.

We have used Arborcare several times for all sorts of tree work,
from removing 2 dying catalpas to cleanup and tree repair/restore after large-scale wind damage.
Mark and team care and understand about how important our trees are, and how to keep them healthy and safe (to our house!).
Mark will always talk with you in depth about what you want to have done, and has excellent information, advice, and suggestions. And your wishes are what he and team will carry out so very well.
They are very careful in their work to not negatively affect your property or house or yard, and their cleanup is great.
Also important - they use a wonderful "spider lift" machine to get access to your backyard if needed. This machine needs only 3'x6' clearance and is much smaller and capable than a big lift truck.This enables the machine to get access into and through tight fits, and at the same time give work access into all parts of trees, from bottom to top.

Mark and crew performed canopy heightening for all of the trees in our yard several years ago and most recently took down a tree and pruned several more to allow more sunlight onto our yard. They did a very nice job both times for a fair price. Highly professional - a great company.

We have been clients of Arbor Care for ~20 years and have been very happy with their work (large and small tree pruning, deep root feeding, annual spraying...). Everyone is always such a pleasure to work with. Most recently they pruned back some privacy trees that were starting to eat our deck! They pruned them so they are straight again without thinning them too much. Very happy with the results.

Great work!! We hired Arbor Care to do some work on three trees around our house. They arrived on time and efficiently did all the work in a few hours. The thing that impressed me most is that they did such a good job trimming the branches while still keeping the integrity of the tree shape, it's hard to even tell where they did the work! I would totally hire them again!

Arbor Care has done a great job managing my trees for over 30 years. Recently they expertly pruned my large ornamental cherry tree and trimmed and tied a 12 ft. high arborvitae hedge bordering our neighbors driveway. Both look better than ever. The crew cleaned all the debris. My yard is small and street narrow, so engaging the neighbors is important to gain access to all sides of the trees. Mark's crew is sensitive to that also. Mark and crew were excellent! They listened to my concerns and executed my tree maintenance expertly and efficiently - answering questions I had along the way. They worked all day (I had many trees that needed attention) and cleaned up all debris. They even went above-and-beyond by removing my own yard waste that was piled up near my house (without me asking them to do so). I definitely recommend Arbor Care Tree Service.

Mark and his amazing crew have been taking care of our trees and shrubs for nearly ten years now. Because of their care, our trees and shrubs flourish. Recently, I had to be out of town while they did some significant tree removal as well as some tree and shrub trimming. Upon my return I couldn't believe, though they have aways amazed me, the quality of work they did while I was gone. The areas they performed their work were left in impeccable shape and the all the work was expertly executed. I was, as always, very happy with what I came home to.
