They removed a stump on the tree lawn across the street from me and put up only a tiny little barrier which wasn’t solid so a lot of chunks of wood made it through and around it. Now I have dents in my car because they didn’t properly contain the area. Claimed that “nothing got through” despite the fact I have pictures of numerous chunks of wood which had traveled over 20 feet from where they were working. I’ve tried to get them to cover the damage but haven’t gotten anything.

Just caused 20 minutes of traffic in Lowell because your drivers don’t know how to back up a truck.

They were hundreds of dollars cheaper than our lowest bid. Arrived early, worked quickly and left everything so cleaned. I would highly recommend them.

There should be more stars to rate this wonderful crew who removed 20 trees from our yard that were over 100 feet tall this Spring!! Top quality work!!

How lucky I was to find Northeast Tree. I don't think anybody can beat their prices for top quality work. They removed a dead apple tree quickly and left everything clean as promised. They also have tree spraying services...that's next on my list. Extremely satisfied.

Northeast Tree came out and gave me an estimate to get some old tree stumps removed from our property, and not even a week later the job was already done! All three stumps were ground, removed, and cleaned up in less than 30 minutes! The two men who did the job were prompt, professional, and thorough. Would hire again for sure.

Overall very good experience. I needed removal of one big oak tree. They gave me an estimate for tree removal and stump grinding which I accepted.
The guys scheduled the time a day before, came over in time and did a very good job. My only complaint is that they did not include trash removal from the stump grinding into the estimate. When I asked them to add it to the job they charged me extra $400. This seems a little over the top.
I would not hesitate to call them again as they did a very good job, but be precise and get all the estimates before they come.

A neighbor two houses away from mine hired Northeast to remove a tree that had broken in a storm a couple weeks ago. I am supportive of removal—what I find distressing was I encountered Northeast coming onto my property uninvited and with zero communication. I witnessed them entering my garden, walking around my home, and proceeding to remove a large rope from a tree on my property--apparently they used a tree on my property to tie off for structural support. When I asked the man what he was doing, he shrugged and said his boss told him to do it. They hadn’t even knocked on my door, let alone coordinated with the neighbor they contracted with. This is trespassing. If anyone would like to come onto my property, use my property as structural support, it is reasonable and within my rights to expect preemptive communication and explanation of purpose and *request for permission.*
I support my neighbor’s need to remove the tree —but entering and using someone’s property without their consent is trespassing and against the law. I do not recommend any contractor who behaves in such a brazen, disrespectful and unprofessional fashion. And on top of that whose crew members are unable to provide any explanation as to why they think they have a right to be on my property without consent. What other corners are they cutting?

Absolutely delightful to work with, from getting the quote (Pam was very knowledgeable and friendly, and had good practical solutions to our tree problems) to finishing up the job.

There was a minor issue, and I was really impressed by how they handled it. Wouldn't take payment until it was resolved, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. They were very professional and made an extra effort that I really appreciated.

I'll hire them again for future tree removal and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tricky job done.

Northeast Tree was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! I called for the estimate and they came out within 48 hours as promised! Pam was the salesperson that priced out the job for our tree removal and she was so knowledgeable and friendly! When the crew arrived to perform the work, they were just as knowledgeable and friendly! And I can’t even explain how impressed I was with them! To say they worked like a well oiled machine is an understatement! I would absolutely recommend them!

I recently had a large tree removed from my property and was very satified with the workers and the quality of their work and they cleaned up very well.i would highly recommend your company .

A friend recommended Northeast to me to have some tree's removed. Had someone come out to my home and gave me a documented estimate. I was told the scheduling rep would call me back to schedule. Waited a few days, no call. I called the business to schedule a date to start the tree service and the person on the other line informed me no work description and estimate had been turned in. I gave them the name of the person who provided me the estimate and was told they would check in with them. It's been 2 weeks and no call back. Typical contractor behavior, given the run around. They focus on quantity, not quality with customers. Give another tree service your business. I know I'll be sharing my experience with my circle in Woburn and I'll ask them to do the same.

An absolutely ginormous tree collapsed in our yard in a storm, 6 days before an outdoor family party. I looked for highly-rated tree removal services in my area and I am SO LUCKY to have found Northeast Tree Inc. Their services were OUTSTANDING, from beginning to end. Incredible responsiveness, outstanding guidance, and quick to spring into action. We called on a Friday afternoon and the (GIANT) tree was gone as of Monday morning, with no trace.

They gave us great guidance, were wonderfully friendly throughout, knew exactly what they were doing, and left us THRILLED with the outcome. I recommend them highly - I feel so confident in their work, honesty, and integrity that I would recommend them to ANYONE. (My neighbor, whose property the tree fell from, is ALSO using them to remove the remaining portion of the tree.) They know exactly what they are doing and I feel so prepared should this situation ever arise again.

We had a few trees that were rotting and a few others that were shading our roof. They were a great crew! Came in, removed 7 trees, most had to go up and over the house! They cleaned everything up like they weren’t even here.
