This is a great local family business with a great family vibe. Very helpful. They have great Christmas trees and wreaths and they stand behind them. They let me return and exchange a tree with zero hassle. I went there last year and this year and I'll be back again next year.

Staff is helpful and friendly; plants are healthy and varied; and the prices are great!

My husband and I are rookie gardeners
and showed up at Pond View Gardens with no clue about which trees or shrubs would work best in our small yard. Thank goodness Mike was there to help! He was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. We now have the perfect tree for our yard and can't wait to go back to Pond View for our next purchase.

I went for a Christmas Tree yesterday Mon. Dec 8th. It's the perfect place!! Plenty of off street parking and there's usually no more than 5-10 people there at any one time. Prices are extremely affordable and I have to say, it's the prettiest tree I've gotten in many years!! Open seven days a week and they're some of the nicest people that work there!! Also have plenty of poinsettias too. I grabbed a pink one and also a "kissing ball".

I bought my first Christmas tree here. This place is absolutely amazing! Well organized and they had a lot of selections. Mike the owner helped me to choose the perfect tree and gave me some instructions. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Top notch costumer service. I’ll definitely return.

Amazing customer service! I purchased a tree Wednesday evening. This was my first time doing the Xmas tree by myself, as my husband has just had knee replacement surgery. Not only did Mike carry the tree and load it into my car himself- when I called a couple of days later because the tree was not taking water, Mike sent two guys over to my home with a new tree, and they exchanged the new tree with the old tree and set it up for me. And they brought me a gift of a gallon of chocolate chip ice cream! By far the best customer service experience we have ever had. We are customers for life!
