We hired Perennial to do a back yard + patio rebuild to solve drainage and usability issues. The work came out great in the end, although there were a couple of fixes needed once spring rains returned. They had filled a basement window well with heavy rock and sand, and it didn't drain fast enough, so water came in the window at first. They quickly returned to remedy that issue at no charge. Overall I'd say their core talent is for plant selection and landscape design. We regularly get positive comments on the stunning, hand-built rock wall. The yard drainage solution didn't feel like an area of expertise for them, but they took direction well, and the yard looks great now. Be sure to collaborate and understand each step of the process!

We have been very happy with Perennial Landscaping. They have helped us with a backyard drainage, leveling, stonewall creation and installation of new plants/trees in addition to a new front walkway and plantings. We also use them for our weekly lawn care and weeding/pruning. The team is professional, on-time and very detailed around all aspects of the work including cleaning up during and afterwards.
