Matt & Jimmy (Dunham & Sons) completed a Kohler 26KW standby generator with ATS switch. They also installed a whole house surge protector and ChargePoint EV wired in charger for my all electric bmw iX.

Matt is the owner of the company. He’s the top electrician I’ve ever used and I’ve owned a few houses over the years.

I’ll be brief. Great work. Excellent communication. Reasonable pricing. Good warranty. Nice people to work with.

We recently had ductless heat pumps installed with Dunham and Sons. I cannot say enough good things about them.

They communicated well, did great work and offered a reasonable price. Also, they are nice, hard-working, and straightforward.

Jim was our initial point of contact. I would say that I knew just enough “to get myself in trouble,” and Jim’s frank but polite advice was an immense help. I lost track of how many formal quotes he provided, but it must have been around a half dozen. This is all to say that Jim is sharp, infinitely patient, and an excellent listener.

We have a Cape house with low ceilings and very little interstitial space — finding a design that preserved the form and function of our house while heating/cooling it comfortably and efficiently wasn’t simple. Ultimately, we were able to triangulate to a design that worked for our requirements and constraints. We settled on a plan using mostly ceiling cassettes to preserve space and improve aesthetics.

Matt and Jim's plan ensured that the line sets were either hidden or integrated seamlessly and there was no loss of storage or functional space in or around our home. I wasn’t sure it would be possible, but they made it work — Matt is a freakin’ wizard, or at the very least, he’s a talented guy who knows his trade. :)

When the time came to install the heat pumps, Matt, Jim and their crew (good guys, but I didn’t catch their names) did efficient, tidy work​ all while our kitten tried her damnedest to get underfoot. They were conscientious, leaving our home in order at the end of each day​. They finished in six total days.

I should add that their price was similar to the most competitive we were quoted. (I think it was actually the best, but because the iteration we went with wasn’t directly quoted by another contractor, I can’t say that definitively.)

One final point: My partner is a woman who works in a STEM field. Her experience of men in her profession and the trades has been mixed. Everyone we encountered from Dunham & Sons treated her like just another thoughtful, intelligent person. That is to say, with respect. I admire the way they comport themselves — good eggs, every one of them.

To sum up, Matt, Jim and their crew were awesome from the moment we met them and since. They communicated well, designed thoughtfully and did meticulous work. I recommend them enthusiastically and without reservation.

I hired Dunham and Sons to upgrade my panel and other electrical work at my home. They gave me a reasonable price and scheduled the work quickly. When they arrived they worked efficiently and finished the job faster than I expected. I highly recommend this company for all of your electrical needs.

Contrary to their website, Fleet does NOT do residential repairs. That is, their website explicitly states that they repair residential units, but on the telephone, they told me that they do not. Don't be fooled, like I was! They get two stars because they were referred to me by someone they did a residential repair for! Can you believe it? But for me, nothing. I did not want to press them, because who wants someone who grudgingly agrees to do work?

5 miles going 65 in the left lane. That’s enough for me.

We started using Fleet Refrigeration last year to service all of our commercial refrigeration equipment and they have been wonderful. Jay the owner is a great guy and someone you can always have a conversation with about billing or general understanding. All their technicians have been nice guys who are happy to answer any questions or educate you on your equipment.

We do a bi-annual preventative maintenance program with them and I am happy to say our equipment is operating healthier than ever. Would highly recommend this team.

Flower Shop. Easter Week. New cooler blowing hot air. Person who answered the phone ( Byron) was kind and funny and VERY accommodating. They got a person to me as soon as they could. 2 days later got it diagnosed, parts ordered and will take care of it. Exceptional customer service! Tech they sent was pleasant and professional. Will definitely use Fleet again in the future.

Very unprofessional and untimely, would recommend using almost any other company. Couldn’t provide any time for when they could come in and do work, not even a day or week. After asking them just to give an estimate for when they can come in or if our company should be looking for another company to do the work to ensure it gets done in a timely manner, they got extremely rude and belligerent. This is after calling in earlier and getting a response from their answering machine, that also says we will receive a call back soon, we did not. Overall would definitely not recommend and would say to go to a different company when possible. I wish I could give 0 stars but I have to give at least 1 to post a review.

I am the owner of this company. The recent one star review from Rameen Beroukhim that was posted about my company is in error. I can only assume mister Beroukhim is at best confused. We HAVE NEVER INSTALLED OR SERVICED HIS EQUIPMENT! I have made several requests that he and/or Google remove it with absolutely no response! If I mistakenly posted a bad review for a company, I would be apologetic and embarrassed! Apparently Mr. Beroukhim does not feel the same.
