Constraction reviews in Worcester, Massachusetts

They did a great job it turned out better than I could have imagined !

We've hired E&K Construction to do a few repair jobs around our small condo association, and they have completed each project beautifully, quickly, professionally, and at a reasonable cost. We will happily hire them again and again, and highly recommend Danny and her team.

Danny & team worked on a project to remodel our living room by removing plastering and installing drywall, and painting the walls. They were extremely quick , completed the project with great quality and well before time. They are very friendly and accommodating with our requests. We are very happy with their work and will hire them for future projects too. Highly recommend.

They replaced door frame in basement. The old one was ruined by water tank letting go. It looks beautiful. Definitely will hire again.

We are thrilled to have been referred to E&K and have already recommended them to friends! Their skills and craftsmanship, combined with a conscientious and respectful approach have us feeling grateful for the chance to work with them.
They installed a kitchen pantry, reconfigured an old lazy susan cabinet, and lots more. We’ll call E&K again!

They finished this stair for me. And I'm just delighted. Quality, agility and fair price. I recommend E&K Construction.

We recently went through a bathroom remodel (paint & molding). We could not be happier with the results. They were very professional and truly cared for our home. They were clean, responsive, and hardworking. We will definitely be contacting them in the future for other projects. We normally don’t give 5 star reviews, but this company/ team certainly deserves it! You will not be disappointed! Call them!

Danny and her team did a great job repairing our damaged foundation wood beam that is very difficult to access (as it’s through under our deck). They showed up within the same day I asked to quote me and told me exactly what they would do to repair it. Our deck is old but they took the time to take it apart to access the damaged wood beam to our foundation to fix it (replace and add flashing) then put the deck back together nicely. I really appreciate how they didn’t try to ask us to replace the whole deck like other companies. Also, very reasonable and fair price! The whole team was considerate and hard working. Danny’s brother, Ejigu, did an amazing job with woodworking and took an extra step to fix a couple more things along the way when he saw more damage than previously expected. They also replaced some old window trims with composite pvc and it looks pretty great. Highly recommend and would hire the team again!

I had a fantastic experience with Dany and her team! She was incredibly quick and reliable in coming over to provide a quote. Once we agreed on the details, her crew got to work and completed the job efficiently. I highly recommend her company for anyone in need of quality service!

We’re so glad we trusted E&K with our house remodeling! They not only made our vision a reality, but they enhanced it with their thoughtful ideas and amazing craftsmanship. The team was hard-working, reliable, and always willing to find solutions that best suited our needs. Highly recommend them to anyone!

This is the second time I have used E&K Construction. They replaced old concrete steps with composite deck and steps. That is just beautiful. The new bulkhead doors and base they installed is leak-proof and attractive quality work completed on time. I highly recommend.

Dany and her team completed the full installation of a kitchen we designed, and it turned out perfect! The client was extremely satisfied with the final result.
Her team is incredibly talented and highly professional, and I 100% recommend her services. We will definitely work with her again in the future!

These guys did an awesome job replacing the exhaust fan over my gas stove. The old one was installed improperly so most of the fumes weren't exiting the house. These guys installed the new exhaust fan with proper down flow and duct work so 100% of fumes are venting to the outside now. They cleaned up after they were done. Excellent work! I will be calling them again on future projects.

I had a fantastic experience with Hemlock Contracting! They were incredibly responsive and attentive to all my cosmetic and construction needs.Great job on our new deck! From start to finish, their team was professional and dedicated, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. I highly recommend Hemlock Contracting for their excellent service and expertise!

I got my quote quickly for my new deck and found the team to be very responsive initially. Everyone seemed really nice. They built deck quickly, in three-four days. But we kept finding issues, boards were cut crooked, lag bolts were completely missing from the support beams, the railings were crooked, and didn’t lineup section to section. And the stairs were pretty sloppy. The railings were crooked, literally add an angle from the top stair down to the bottom stair, and the stepping boards seem like they have more space between them than the flooring boards up above on the deck. All the whiteboards underneath the stepping boards were uneven and sticking out beyond the stepping boards. And a few other issues.

The company was responsive and came back out and fixed almost everything, and they tried to fix the stairs, but they’re still not right.

I highly recommend Hemlock Consulting for their excellent work, great customer service, and professionalism. Please be sure to check out their website.

This group of energetic and knowledgeable guys completed the job, and left me feeling super confident both in the renovation and the level of safety for my family. Teddy and his other worker, (believe the name was Jeremy or Jeremiah) were polite, professional and answered all my questions regarding my property at 7 Oakhurst st Worcester, MA. Typically, I don't do reviews whatsoever! However, this crew compelled me to do so because it's been a long time since I received, Good old fashioned quality and service! I will definitely be recommending Hemlock to friends, family, and anyone looking for reliable work at a reasonable price!

Teddy and his crew are reliable and do beautiful work!

Hemlock Contracting is top notch! I couldn’t be more happy with them as a company! They did a great job and my wife and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality and customer service, I highly recommend them!

Hemlock was great - good construction, willing to work with us on our ideas, adapted to some difficulties with the project. They came right in the middle of or quotes for the project and provided a very solid build. They removed our stone front entryway and built a small attached porch that the neighbors say looks like it was always there. Near the end of the project communication had some hiccups and they left some trash behind beyond what was expected. That said, it was still a good experience and I'd recommend them to others. Looking forward to using the porch for years to come. Thanks Hemlock!

Teddy and Hemlock Contracting are the absolute best! I had reached out to discuss deck options for my new home. Teddy and the team were communicative, efficient, and patient throughout the whole process - admittedly, I had many questions as a new home owner! The team could not have been nicer or more professional. They did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier that the deck is ready for the summer cookout season. Thank you, Teddy!
