T3 with 15 SIP trunks
pros: techs are good
cons: the company is untrustworthy
after 10+ years of being their customer we had to cancel our data service (downsizing/moving). Despite knowing about it since Nov 25 (and before) they never once mentioned we had to give 60 days notification before the renewal in April 2026. Now they are looking for a $9,400 early termination fee. Our contract had been expired for several years and we were month to month.
They were not acting in good faith, they were setting us up to miss the cancelation deadline. Told us we had to cancel with our salesrep who ghosted us, sent fake out of office messages, and stonewalled us in a very obvious manner. Ignoring our request in NOV 25 to reduce sip trunks from 15 to 3. Ignoring repeated emails and phone calls to provide a copy of the contract with no answer. Ad now this surprise.
If you are a current customer be aware of who you are dealing with. This is how they treat loyal customers telling them they have to downsize/move.
