After discussing what I wanted done, and sending some pictures, he was able to schedule an appointment within a week. And he stuck to his quote without additional charges. Brian was great, for my hot water heater electric install. Very professional, responsive, on time and did great work that was very neat and clean. You can tell that he takes great pride in his work and wants to keep customers coming back to him. Will definitely be calling him for any of my future electrical needs!

We had a ceiling light fixture that didn't work, and various issues with various electrical outlets. We had another electrician no-show on us, but Brian showed up on short notice and saved the day.

In addition to fixing our ceiling light and outlets, he explained everything that was going on with our electrical, which was so helpful as new homeowners. He told us what upgrades we should prioritize in our 1930s home to get it up to snuff. Really helpful, as now we know "where the bodies are buried" and what to save up for going forward. I reached out to Brian late yesterday, a Saturday, and he was very fast to respond both calling and texting me. I had an emergency in Worcester and unfortunately, he was working on the Cape. What he did is what so many are unwilling or afraid to do, he said he would call someone he knows in Webster to see if he would be available. Brian took all the info about the problem and asked for some pictures so the other electrician would know what he was walking into.

Prompt and professional and has enough belief in the quality of his work that he is not afraid to refer another competent person in the same field.

Brian was extremely prompt in responding to our inquiry and very flexible around assessing the work that needed to be done in terms of our schedule. Arrived on time, was tidy about the work and is arranging all the permits/inspections.

Brian helped us change over from a gas to electric range by installing a new outlet with the correct voltage. He has been incredibly knowledgeable and straight forward about all of the work he did, why he's doing it, and ensuring our house has safe long term solutions. Brian takes his work very seriously and stakes his integrity on all the jobs he does. Would absolutely hire him again.

Brian brought some old wiring up to code and fixed a ground wire issue as well. Not only did he work around my funky work schedule, but the installation was very professional.

I had Brian from BCP Electric come out to look at a 220 stove outlet in an older building. He took the time to explain that, because of city permit requirements and the building’s grandfathered setup, it wouldn’t be worth the cost and hassle to modify the wiring. Instead, he recommended simply changing the equipment. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He saved me from spending unnecessary money and made sure I understood all my options. I highly recommend Brian Pidgeon. He based his estimate on discussions and photos I sent him. When he got here and assessed the situation, he realized he did not need to do such extensive work and adjusted the price downward. Very honest and knows what he is doing. Made some recommendations for future non-emergency work and I plan to use him again.

Brian did a great job with my master suite remodeling. He submitted a professional proposal, showed up when promised, and provided thoughtful ideas about placing things. All inspections went without a hitch. A couple months later one of the circuit breakers failed internally (obviously through no fault of the electrician), and Brian came by quickly to perform a warranty repair. I can see why his rating is great and would highly recommend his services.
