Called them after my daughter's carpet was flooded. They guys showed up very shortly after. They listened to my concerns and hopes for the carpet. They were only here an hour and the carpet looked better than when we bought the house. They gave me great follow up instructions. The two techs were polite, hardworking and made sure I understood what I was paying for. I was really happy about the price I paid and would absolutely recommend them.

Great experience! Our dogs found a skunk and wiped the smell all over my carpets and furniture.

This company came in that day and really helped clean away the smell.

The price was fair, and a little less than originally quoted.

Great company. I called to schedule an appointment and they showed up almost immediately. They have very high end equipment and did a great job. Honest, friendly, prompt and reasonably priced.

I called to inquire about cleaning area rugs. I have three that really needed attention. They arrived on time and picked up the rugs, sent photos of the progress they were making (they started cleaning them the same day) and returned them in a timely manner. They replaced them in their proper spaces and they were beautifully cleaned. I could not have asked for a better service. I have already referred them and will continue to do so!

Excellent service! Will definitely use again. Very much worth the money, I was afraid we were going to need to replace the carpets! My husband and I own a home in Auburn and requested the carpets in our upstairs bedroom, hallway, and stairs be cleaned. I had limited time and was nervous they would come late and I would miss a morning meeting. They arrived right on time and were very efficient yet thorough. Our carpets look and smell fantastic. There were several stains I had "no hope" for but every single stain was cleared. It looks close to brand new! They were extremely kind and professional and were very polite about the less-than-stellar state of our home. We truly appreciate their help and will definitely be reaching out again. I highly recommend them for anyone in the area who needs carpets cleaned!

Hey all, these guys just cleaned my five area rugs which were three years dirty and one was heavily soiled pet wise. The owner's name is Stallone and I can't speak enough about what a fantastic job they did. Great communication, reasonable pricing. One of my rugs had a plastics chair mat over it since new, so it was my indicator of how clean it got and it was perfect. I had them take my rugs to their place. They also deodorized my large rug and cleaned it multiple times to get the pet odor out. (I'm not related, just great folks LOL)

We are thrilled with the job they did. We called them and they were on site within 2 hours to pickup a large carpet. The turnaround time for cleaning and delivery was incredible and we were so happy it was done so quick. Stallone was knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating. The carpet came out great. We will definitely use them again!

Making my appointment was incredibly easy. The company was flexible with my work schedule. The crew showed up on time and they were fast and efficient. They moved furniture when necessary so that nothing would be knocked over by a hose or the work itself. Fantastic job. Satisfied with the results. Highly recommend.

The crew with Revolution Carpet were excellent! Total professionals. They cleaned the carpets for a condo that I was getting ready to list for sale in Shrewsbury and they were on time, did an amazing job and were very reasonably priced. What a great company. This is the second year in a row I have used them. Stalone is awesome! They did my carpets, my couches, my dining room chairs and the grout in my kitchen. Well let me say my dining room chairs never looked so good. The grout in my kitchen was near black (it is supposed to be beige) and it came out amazing. 18 years of dirt and grime in the grout and they got it SO CLEAN! I was really amazed. I cannot say enough about how great this company is, how professional, nice and they get you in quick. I will not use ANYONE else!

The phone service was great and they showed up on time, but everything went downhill from there. They left my chairs and couches wet, dirty, and smelling awful. The hose they used was filthy and covered in pet hair. I’m beyond upset—I have to go to Target to buy a Bissell just to clean up after them. What a total waste of time and money!

Raul was a delight. Punctual, professional, detail oriented, made sure I understood the process, a very nice family man. As my first contact with Carpet Revolution, Stalone was lovely to deal with as well. I will definitely use and highly recommend them to others in the future.

This company is the best. I called to have my L-shaped sofa cleaned and when they arrived they completely accommodated my request to do a last minute additional five large carpets and a stair case. Timing was wonderful they came the day after I called 😳 no businesses are that quick but these guys are. I will definitely use them again. Friendly, accommodating awesome group. Thanks so much guys.
