The service people were great! This was the first time we got our carpets cleaned and we were not sure what to expect. They explained everything and was understanding when we weren't completely ready.

Truly they exceeded my expectations. I have two little kids that had generated countless spots over the years that I had thought were permanently stained, when Quick Dry was done there wasn't a single spot left!

Random people in my home can make me nervous so I appreciated that it's the owner personally cleaning the carpets. She made me feel comfortable enough that I decided to leave and let them work in peace. I had a smile plastered on my face all week!

Jessica and John came out to do our house to clean the carpet in the downstairs rec. Room, my office and the stairs. After speaking with Jessica, she informed me that I may want to consider the "deep cleaning" option which I did. I am so glad I went with her recommendation as it turned out great. It really took out the spots and brightened the carpet to make it look fresh and new. It smells great too. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Jessica is very helpful with her suggestions and the customer service was excellent. We will definitely use them again!😊

Issue: Urine on Mattress.

I called on a Sunday and received an immediate response to come the following day to clean the mattress. The company was amazing! They were professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. The urine was completely taken out of the mattress and now the mattress looks and smells brand new again! I would recommend them to everyone and will be using them again for any other cleaning needed done.

Jessica and John came out to clean the carpets at my parents house. With two small dogs and a toddler, the carpets needed help!

I cannot say enough good words to describe the experience. They returned my call immediately, and scheduling was a breeze. I called a week prior to the appointment and asked if we could pull in our appointment. Jessica was able to make that happen. I loved the flexibility, and great communication throughout.

Once at the house, Jessica explained the process, and what to expect. The results far exceeded expectations. The carpets are squeaky clean and I'll feel much better now about letting my son play on the floor. A great spring clean.

John was amazing. He did all the cleaning and didn't mind me peeking over every so often. He showed me the progress, pictures of before and after. They were both respectful of the property and left the house spotless.

Great team! We'll use them again for any future needs.

We contacted R.J. Lacroix Services as we had a glass of red wine spill on a cream colored carpet. RJ managed to fit me in that day and not only did he remove the stain, the rest of the room was professionally cleaned as well!
Oh and did I mention at a very fair price!

The owner of the business came and deep cleaned my sectional couch's upholstery yesterday. Not only was he courteous, professional, and affordable; but my couches look brand new. After years of dogs, kids, and moving, I have never seen them look so great. This is an amazing company that does truly great work. I would recommend them to anyone!

We hired RJ to replace our upstairs rug in our recently purchased home. Ironically he had done the original rug years ago for previous owners! He was quick to respond, on time and he and his team were great to work with. We had him also clean our floors, the man worked magic! Would highly recommend him and will definitely use RJ Lacroix in the future!

Extra review: Using marketplace, I picked up a 9x12 wool Persian rug (red with blue borders)for $200. Immediately called Rich who was able to take it to his cleaning factory. He washed twice due to the prior homeowners use of carpet cleaning products. He returned a rug in perfect condition. His company is tops…use no other for your carpet and flooring needs!

Rich and his team do exceptional work. I’ve used LaCroix for a number of projects over the years and the results have been phenomenal. Most recently he personally renovated a black and white tile floor to an exceptional mirror like level and cleaned 7 oriental carpets including replacing the fringe. They look brand new!! Never, ever hesitate to call upon Rich and his time for high end and on time work! Jim
