Not only have I confirmed my appointment that day prior to my missed appointment but I contacted the office when I got home at the beginning of my appointment window to duble check. Wasted a half day off. I made this appointment 2 weeks ago to ensure I was home and avaliable. Total disappointment, amd waste of time. If you valve your time pick any other company!!!

I needed a chimney rebuilt. Guys came out and matched an earlier offer and told me they could start tomorrow. Promised water proofing and thorough cleanup after the job. They did the chimney which looked okay, but never waterproofed it and left rubble all over the area which I had to clean up myself. Do yourself a favor and hire local people whom you can connect and follow up with. These Shamrock people are unscrupulous and just take your money and run. There is no customer service or follow up. They didn't even try to fix the problem.
