Chet and Nick from CK Smith installed a new oil tank, oil burner and hot water tank at our house over the last 2 days. They were efficient, professional and friendly! They readily answered all of my questions about the installation and operation of the new units. Ck Smith is fortunate to have Chet and Nick doing their installations. It was a pleasure to have such meticulous work done by such nice people.
After installation, the boiler pressure was high, unclear why. Andrew, John, and William each came to work on the problem and solved the problem. Each was professional, pleasant and informative. They are all a credit to your company. Also, Ron in the office talked with me on multiple occasions. He was professional and informative, checked back with me after work done to make sure all was well. He is also a credit to your company. Thanks to all who helped!

Technician Josh, was very helpful, and kind, quickly helping resolve my situation, while patiently listening to any questions and concerns. Great man. He did a wonderful job.

Tim from CKSmith arrived ontime, dressed professionally. Very friendly and courteous. My husband went down to check out his work. He was very pleased , everything was “shiny “… As far as we’re concerned, Tim is the best technician we’ve ever had, we request him every time.

Can’t say enough good things about CK Smith!!! Just bought a 100 yo house - moved in Christmas week. Lost heat and didn’t have a company to turn to! These folks got me a technician within 3 hours. Their competitors didn’t have appointments for 2 weeks!!
I had a tank full of oil within 3 days and when the gage was stuck - they sent someone over to assure me it was full.

For the past three years, Doug has been tuning-up my furnace. His work is thorough and he is always polite and professional. This afternoon, when he saw that my thermostat was malfunctioning, he replaced it right away. I'm very happy with the work done by ckSmithSuperior.

Jeff was amazing! He came at 12:30 and the plumber wasn’t quite ready to accept the fill. Jeff was flexible enough to stop back over before the end of his shift. Very personable - wouldn’t want another driver!

David was a lifesaver today! Our heat & hot water stopped working. David responded quickly after we called CK Smith Superior’s emergency after hrs line. He called back quickly & was here within 30 minutes. He was friendly & fixed the problem in a few minutes. We really appreciate it! your service Dept. it is quite superior! Easy to schedule, delivered promptly and professionally. Left bill hanging on front door, but strong winds blew it away before we could get to it. Office very helpful in giving me the discount amount. Always excellent service!

ckSmith has been so VERY helpful since we moved here from NV 1 1/2 years ago and not having ANY knowledge about the heating system in our home. They have come out numerous times when we had problems in the beginning, also helped with a propane issue. They come out when we call for an oil refill even if it’s not on a scheduled route day. Office staff always friendly!!!

Doug arrived and introduced himself and went to work. I asked a few questions and he was kind, polite, friendly, and very informative about the service to the boiler. Is a great representative for the service department. Let him know thank you again and I hope he does our service next year.

Our heating system was making funny noises. I called and a few hours later, a technician arrived. Andrew, was excellent! He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He told me that there was air in the lines which he thankfully fixed in an efficient and timely manner.

Ck Smith Superior is a great company. We have been with them for years. Andrew arrived on time and was very professional , knowledgeable and did a great job on the yearly maintainence of our oil furnace. He also took note that we would need an oil delivery soon and would let the company know. He answered my questions and reassured me that my thermostats were all in excellent working order. Five stars for sure!

A technician from ckSmith came to my house to determine why my brand new furnace was not producing heat. He told me that the connection between the exhaust blower and the furnace was impaired, the tubing needed to be lengthened, and an impaired nut needed to be replaced. He showed me the impaired nut and the new one he used to replace it. He did an excellent and thorough job, he was pleasant and answered all my questions. He did so in a very professional and friendly manner. I appreciate his prompt visit, quick repair, and double check that the repair was working properly.

My heat went out last night at 2 am. It was 62 degrees in the house and dropping. I called CK Smith. They sent a tech named Andrew to my house. He was here in less than an hour and got it up and running quickly. He was professional and very nice. He explained the repair to me.
