Reviews of local pros in Worcester, Massachusetts

Flavio was very nice and responsive. My one complaint is that the large picture window on the west side of the house is streaky.
Thank you!

One of the best cleaning services I have ever had. I love the girls that come to my house, my house sparkles when they are done and it smells so clean. The girls have been with me maybe three or four years now I wouldn't trade them for the world.

Flavio did an excellent job with my carpets. He did a thorough job and made sure it was spotless. I love the results!!!

TMS Cleaning,

I am writing to express my gratitude for the outstanding job your team performed in cleaning my carpet and sofa. The professionalism and attention to detail exhibited have significantly improved the appearance and comfort of my home.

Thank you once again for your exceptional service.

We used TMS to clean a commercial kitchen that had accumulated years of dirt and grease, basically your worst nightmare. They left the space sparkling, exceeding all expectations. We would highly recommend!

Basement sump pumps failed in the midst of torrential rains. I called TMS —randomly picking them from a list of water mediation services listed online— and they responded immediately. The crew knew what they were doing; water pumped out, dehumidified and fans put in place. They saved our newly-laid wooden floors. Flavio came every day to check on the progress. We highly recommend TMS!

Always an excellent job. Thank you for the beautiful poinsettia

They did an amazing job! I was legit shocked by their work! Ill definitely use them again and tell anyone who wants a really good cleaning about this company!! Thank you so much

Thank you so much for the great job you did cleaning the carpet at my house on Monday! It looks and feels amazing—like brand new. I really appreciate the attention to detail and care you put into it.
Looking forward to working with you again in the future!

They do an amazing job cleaning! We are not the neatest people in the world so having them come in big-weekly is super helpful. My only complaint is that they tend to mix my clean laundry that I haven’t put away with my dirty laundry 😬

Having said that, I would recommend them as they are very thorough and want to give you a nice, clean house.

Great work!! Highly recommend! The two employees that came to my house were very thorough and went above and beyond my expectations. I will call them again and again!
