Reviews of local pros in Worcester, Massachusetts

Great service overall. I hired TMS for a semi Annual deep clean which was done very well. A week later I did notice a missed opportunity. When I brought it to their attention they sent their crew back over the same day! TMS was responsive and attentive throughout. I will definitely call them again

Amazing service from start to finish. Booking was extremely efficient and easy to schedule. Staff was more then accommodating despite the chaotic back and forth of scheduling due to renovation delays. The end result of our whole house deep clean was above and beyond. Our assigned cleaner, Sabrina and her team made our house sparkle like new and even detailed our appliances and scrubbed years off of our tiled shower and bathrooms. My husband and I couldn’t believe the amazing attention to detail. They even cleaned all the shelves, drawers, cabinets, and closets leaving our house in immaculate condition.

We will only book our house cleaning services with TMS from now on.

I loved the result so much that I also booked an upholstery service as well and anticipate that I will be leaving another 5 star review.

Thank you TMS!

TMS Cleaning Services was wonderful to work with. The scheduling process was simple and easy. TMS was able to get an excellent crew to our house on short notice for a deep clean. The work was extraordinary and we are so very happy with the results. The two women who deep cleaned our house were so friendly, professional, and diligent in their work. We will absolutely be contacting TMS again for future cleaning services and we highly recommed TMS for anyone looking for a very convenient process with quick response times and an end result that is impressively sparkling clean!

I called the Tuesday before thanksgiving and had a crew out the next day! They were very busy yet did an after hours call. Three cleaners came. They were professional, polite and perfectly thorough.
Every inch of the house shined! Highly recommend.

They did amazing everything was done efficiently and very respectful I’ve attached some before and after pictures below and I will definitely be using their services again I was able to get a free estimate and service the same day

I am beyond impressed with TMS Cleaning Services! They did an absolutely excellent job and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. They didn't miss a single spot—from thorough dusting and vacuuming to leaving the floors perfectly mopped.

I was especially happy with the thorough cleaning they did in the kitchen and bathrooms; the appliances are sparkling and every surface is spotless. Their work truly exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with the results, will definitely be using them again in the future, and will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Im extremely impressed with the 3 cleaners hired to deep clean my rental unit. Just wow! My tenants left it a wreck and I had little hope to get it back to normal, but they cleaned all 800 sq ft and unfinished basement in 7 hrs. Did the best they could with cat urine soaked carpet-- but it at least looks good. Im thinking I need to hire them for my own home. I will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!!!

Rutiana is excellent! She is thorough, respectful of the house, and punctual. I hired her for a deep cleaning and monthly cleanings going forward. Would definitely recommend her.

Rutiana is a true professional, kind and considerate! She worked with me to come do a deep cleaning on short notice when I had injured my back and couldn’t clean my home. No one ever cleans as good as my mother and me, so despite my efforts I have tried many cleaning companies but never stuck with one. Well, that all changed when I met Rutiana! RT cleaning was meticulous and everything was cleaned to perfection and my intense standards! I hired Rutiana to come bi weekly from now on! I’m so glad I finally found a cleaning service that really cleans everything!

Rutiana came by to do a deep clean on Tuesday and we couldn’t be more impressed! She’s super friendly and very thorough. We will have her back to do quarterly deep cleans 😄

Rutiana did a great job in my apartment. My place has a lot of small stuff and she worked very hard specially in my bathroom. I highly recommend her.

RT Cleaning did a fantastic deep cleaning for me. They were prompt in scheduling and in arriving. Pricing was affordable with a small travel fee added as I am in Bridgewater and they are based in the Worcester area.
My place is sparkling! I’ve already gotten a couple compliments 🙂
