They suck no response. False advertising. Website says WE CARE they dont. I'm dealing with an incurable bone marrow disorder. I can pay but need a payment plan. Shame on them. I need my generstor fixed. I need one little bit of peace of mind with what I'm going through and the haven't reached out at all. One star for you suck!@@@@

We used this company to install a receptacle for a fireplace gas insert. The crew was timely, very professional, cleaned up the job site and the work was very neat.

I called to have a fixture installed and they came out to do the job quicker than any other contractor. I should of realized then there was a reason. The light was installed crooked and it was bent and not hanging the correct length. Plus when I called to have them come back out to fix, I was told they were too busy and it would take them a week or two. I would not recommend.

Always responsive; always patient with our questions about our Generac whole-home generator- even when living in the same town that is frequently without power in storms, which means a lot of call volume I’m sure! We don’t need to call for annual service- they remind us when we are due. Great local business.

I called these guys and they called back extremely promptly and couldn’t have been more respectful and clean when installing our new flood light. He thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and asked if I had any questions. Very respectful, clean, and prompt company to deal with! Highly recommend them for any job big or small.

Reached out to Lavallee Electric on a Saturday when I had another electrician cancel last minute. Work was supposed to be completed by Monday because we had a new employee starting and we needed to an outlet installed for her desk setup. I received a call on Monday morning and the team from Lavallee Electric was there by 9am that day! Super responsive, great service and incredibly professional. Will definitely use them again!

Excellent. Very professional and easy to deal with. They hooked up radiant heated front steps. Ran the wiring into the house, hooking up to the sub panel, and installed switches at the front door.
They very clearly marked all the wiring. Very easy to deal with for questions on where to install things and cleaned up nicely after their job.

Too bad I can’t give zero! I Had them install 2 lines (110/220) to charge my EV. Had to call them back for a broken switch. No charge, fine.

Had to call them back again because my 110 line kept tripping. The tech told me because I said it was a general line and not for charging so he put in a GFI, but mentioned the charger probably has one. This research should’ve been done beforehand since I gave them access the cable and car info.

So he came and replaced the gfi with a standard outlet. Said he could do it right away. I wasn’t home but he said it was a 10 minute job. Next thing I know I’m being charged $200, without a quote. When I spoke to the owner he claimed that first, I was lucky I wasn’t charged an emergency rate, although it wasn’t an emergency and they offered to come right away IN BETWEEN JOBS!!! Secondly, he claimed both techs didn’t hear me say that I was going to use it for charging but for general use. As if the other tech would disagree with his boss!! The tech also claimed that the quote specified general use (it’s in writing and it doesn’t). Also, I should’ve told them if the charger had an internal GFI. So that’s MY job now?!?!?!

When I told him he never provided a written quote, so I thought it was a continuation of the job, he said how could they quote sight unseen. They had been here 3 times: initial quote, the actual work and then the switch repair. So any excuse was good to not admit their fault!!! I was willing to go halfway to maintain the relationship, but this guy is more attached to money than to his company’s word and customer satisfaction. His best was to drop $25 but he generously dropped $50. So for $50 he lost a customer and got this review!!

I’m not saying not to use them but beware! They lie so if you use them get everything, I mean everything, in writing!!!

Laughlin Electric was amazing from start to finish! I reached out online after normal work hours and they called my first thing the next morning with availability to come by the next day. Brian was amazing! Patiently listened to all my little requests, provide an estimate on the spot and called in Tom for help. They were both, friendly, knowledgeable and quick! As new homeowners we had a lot of questions and they were on it! Will definitely recommend and use again!

On 11/17/21 Loughlin Electric sent both Paul and Ryan to our home. They were on time, professional and ready to go to work. Paul reviewed the work that we wanted done. Then wrote out a work contract on exactly what was needed to complete the work First, they completed the home inspection we requested with all alarm batteries replaced, inspected all components in the circuit breaker boxes for wear and tear. Paul and Ryan then proceeded to install a ceiling bedroom light. A new ceiling box was installed with a new electrical line run from the attic. Work was impeccable.
We highly recommend both Paul, Ryan and Loughlin Electric for any electrical work. You will never be disappointed. Thanks again guys, job well done.
