From start to finish, this service was easy and seamless! Bryan and his coworker were polite, knowledgeable, respectful of husband and kids on zoom calls and very efficient! Bryan quickly diagnosed the problems (a previous electrician was not able to do so). He explained the jobs to me, gave me an on the spot quote (very reasonable) and actually saved me money as he explained that I did not in fact need a new bathroom fan but that my duct work was the issue. The work was done in a timely manner. To wrap up, we reviewed the work that was done. All issues were resolved! I was thrilled as this was easy and I feel confident in the work that was done! The recent storm brought down a tree in my neighbors yard which took out my electrical service to the pole and tore the wiring off of my house. I called Loughlin and Ken responded immediately and was here to assess the damage. As soon soon as the wire was cut from the pole they were here within a half hour! They reattached the wiring to my house and had the inspector out immediately. They were professional and friendly and I highly recommend them for all your electrical needs. if I could give them 10 stars I would!

After a string of bad luck with a few local electricians we found Loughlin and have had them do a few jobs in our antique house which is never straightforward! Everyone has been fantastic and the work is great.

Can’t say enough great things about Paul from Loughlin Electric. He was punctual, professional and friendly. Not only was he respectful of my home (made sure to wear shoe booties and offered to use a side entrance in and out my house to prevent tracking all through the house) but he was knowledgeable and provided me with the education I needed to understand the electrical issue. He also was very patient with me as I explained the issue. Paul did an incredibly thorough job, checking additional outlets to ensure everything was functioning properly before he left the job site. I am impressed with my experience with Paul and with the office staff I spoke with (Jordan). Would call them again for any other electrical issues.

The team from Loughlin Electric showed up on time, and respected my request that they wear masks inside the house. Bryan gave us a fair, clear, quote for the work we needed. They completed the job quickly, in exactly the time they estimated. They also cleaned up after themselves and were careful to wear boot covers and lay down dropcloths. I'm very happy with their work and professionalism, and will be using Loughlin for future projects.

We had wires ripped out in a storm. The team from Loughlin were here quickly to repair the damaged, and we requested they install an outside outlet for our generator. The team were friendly, professional and patient with all my questions. They tested everything before they left. They were upfront with how much the repairs could cost in the worst scenario and we were happy in the end that the total cost was below what they estimated. I’m very pleased and absolutely would recommend them!

I was very satisfied. Paul and Tom arrived on time and completed the installation. It was a challenge because the fan I replaced was installed in 1980. Techs were pleasant and accommodating and I was comfortable having them in my home. Clean-up was perfect and they demonstrated how to use the switches. AND I saved fifty bucks with the Family Club.

Tom did a great job. He was thorough, professional, and got the job done quickly. I couldn’t be more pleased. I would recommend him highly.

The staff was great. Ken did a great job with the estimate. Tom the electrician and his team did a great job on adding ceiling fan and closet light to and older condo unit . They were professional at all times . Used drop cloths and clean up the area after each job was completed . I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have electrical work done .

Jerry explained the reason for replacement parts, the pricing for the whole job and was professional and friendly. I have to update my review for Loughlin. I got great service previously. I was on the annual family membership plan. Called throughout the week to get someone to get back to me and answer. On top of that, very bad service support from the call center. Not even an apology. They were more than willing to cancel my membership. Get your act together, Jim. You guys have good electricians but your service levels are dropping. I didn't expect this especially being on a membership plan.

Jerry and Josh were awesome. Very professional and they worked fast. They had all their equipment needed for the job to be done on the spot and offered me several options to get the project done to my liking. I will definitely be using Loughlin for my future electric needs.

We have used Loughlin for several years to update electrical to code and to install ceiling fans throughout our house. Recently they installed a range hood in the kitchen. Always on time. Always tell you the price upfront before work begins. Their work is always clean and thoughtful. We've never had any problem getting a convenient appointment.

Tom & Tom were great!! We had recessed lighting installed in my husband’s home office. They were professional, knowledgeable, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up after!
