The team was very conscientious and careful about my home and belongings, including my cat. They were all polite and friendly. They worked very well together and made it very easy for me. I appreciated that as I wasn’t sure what to expect for our furnace and dryer vent cleaning. Definitely recommend and will return as a customer in the future.

This is difficult because the workers were 5 star, easily, but their training was lacking. I had to point out some simple things like wiping the frames around the windows and cleaning the tracks. They washed the glass beautifully but did not know how to clean the frames and the casings. I was careful to tell the owner this when setting up the appointment... that I expected to have the windows popped out and the casings and frames cleaned and would pay for this. So, today, I find myself finishing up the cleaning myself. As I said, the workers were awesome and tried to do their best. I felt very uncomfortable to have to keep showing them what I expected.

I have used Rapid Window Care for 3 years now on my outside windows and screens each spring and they do amazing work. Affordable, efficient and quick. Always does a great job and very friendly to work with.
