Had some concerns about the prior reviews. That all went away after Jeff serviced our Bosch Vent less Electric Dryer. They called ahead and arrived on time. Jeff knows his craft. Highly recommend this company. And yes the cost was very fair!

I called them to come out to fix my oven. I looked up the error code in the book and it said that I needed a new circuit board. I told the service person and he said. I wouldn’t believe anything you read on the Internet, he was a total jerk. Anyway, he didn’t look at the oven. He didn’t touch the oven. He didn’t take the control panel off. He said I needed a new oven and it couldn’t be fixed. I called another company they sent the board out for me for repair. It was $150 and my oven’s been working perfectly. Do not trust this company. The service people are rude and have no idea what they’re doing.

Kevin did a great job, was on time and quickly solved the issue.
Saved us from an expensive replacement. I've used Maple services several times and always been happy with the repairs and prices. -
Title: Exceptional Honesty and Integrity at Maple Appliance Repair!
Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I recently had the pleasure of engaging with Maple Appliance Repair regarding an issue with our refrigerator, and I cannot express enough appreciation for the level of honesty, integrity, and customer-first mindset that this company displayed.
From the moment I stepped into their office, it was evident that their priority was not to make a quick buck, but to genuinely assist me in the best possible way. The technician at Maple Appliance Repair spent nearly 20 minutes attentively listening to my description of the problem, analyzing the situation, and providing expert advice.
He could have easily scheduled a home visit, charged a service fee, and strung me along with false hope of a quick fix. Instead, he offered a candid and honest assessment, suggesting that it would be more cost-effective in the long run to simply purchase a new refrigerator. It was clear that his advice was grounded in experience and a thorough understanding of the appliance repair landscape, and I truly appreciated his honesty.
The team at Maple Appliance Repair personifies what it means to be a customer-oriented business. They prioritize the best interest of their customers over their own bottom line, demonstrating a level of integrity and honesty that is, unfortunately, all too rare in today's business environment.
I wholeheartedly recommend Maple Appliance Repair not just for their expertise in appliance repair, but for their transparency, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction. It's refreshing to see a business uphold such high ethical standards, and I can't thank them enough for their honest advice and guidance. -
Very positive experience with Maple Appliance. Prompt service, knowledgeable staff, very accommodating. Just had an oven repair completed by Justin and Mark and they were professional, courteous and used great care. Highly recommend.

Do not use this company. They are flippant on the phone, they do not give solid hours on when they are going to show up. They staff is rude, and they are Unaccommodating. They also charge a service fee which doesn’t go towards the service. They expect you to wait all day for someone to show up. Completely unprofessional. Do not use them.

My experience from start to finish with Maple Appliance is always 10/10. From the staff at the office that helps with scheduling and inquiries to the technicians that come out. Joseph is so so knowledgeable and great! Also so friendly! Jake was also incredible. Thank you.

Check your dryer vent connection if you've ever used this company.
Absolutely avoid this company. Unsafe and unethical. We had our LG dryer serviced (drum roller replacement) a year ago, recently started noticing a burning smell from the dryer. After cleaning out the lint trap and making sure the vent outside is not blocked, the smell didn't go away. Our dryer is stacked on top of the washer, so we removed the side panel of the build-in closet to look at the vent behind the dryer. Looks like the technician used duct tape instead of dryer vent tape. Absolutely appalling. This could be a fire hazard.
ETA:
I'm glad the company is so defensive about using duct tape. We removed the tape and there was no foil underneath. The foil that is exposed off the dryer is from initial dryer installation. Adhesive for duct tape not heat resistant, creating a fire hazard. This is a public service announcement. Use this company at your own risk. I called them and let them know what we found behind our dryer, and to alert them if a technician needs additional education. We don't want them back in our house. Will call another company to fix their mistake.
