I’m very happy with the service. They came out within a few hours even though I called at 7pm, identified and fixed the main problem so we had heat again and even identified some problems we will need to take care of to make our heater more efficient. I feel that the price was extremely fair considering all that as well. Would use them again and would absolutely recommend!

They came out within 24 hours in the middle of a heat wave, diagnosed the problems immediately, and had the parts on hand to make the fix. Exceptional and honest service by Jamie. I will always call this place first! Everyone else had a week wait and charged double for coming out to look at it.

Called to schedule service. Chris arrived within the hour and diagnosed/replaced a bad capacitor. Professional, no hassle, got the job done effectively. Recommend!

Air Temperature Control Systems customer service is second to none! Chris and the gentleman working with him made sure things were working properly, answered my questions, and kept me abreast of everything. If they’re a reflection of the company, you’ve gained a customer for life.

Had a broken AC Unit. Very responsive on a Sunday, came by first thing Monday morning earlier than expected (a good thing in a heat wave). Diagnosed and fixed AC in minutes for at very reasonable cost, in a situation where upcharging and “finding” new expensive problems would have been very easy. Really excellent, reasonable, and above all fast service on a day when we needed it.

Awesome people. Our ac died first day of the heatwave. They came out and assessed the day of and had a new unit ready in a couple of days. These guys know what they are doing and did an awesome job! I can live in my own house again!

On time and very professional. My AC coil was still frozen when he arrived. He gave advice on how to thaw it out. He went on and did some other local services and returned to fix my issue. It was expensive due to having a R22 system. I would use them again.

Excellent service - Tech named Dave - tHe man was a God send after the weather dripped to 6⁰ and the furnace stopped - needed a new motor & Dave put tHe motor in like he built the furnace!!!

Angel and Lamont arrived right on time and did an excellent job. Recently had a fire at my home and they help to eliminate the last of the smoke odor not to mention getting rid of a decade of Golden Retriever and Newfie hair. They cleaned up any mess, finished in timeframe specified, and were very pleasant and friendly people to work with. As a general contractor for 25 years I know a good company when I see one and would recommend them to anyone that needs their service. Thank you so much.

I had a big problem on a sunday morning. I have 2 special needs children and my AC had stopped working. I called several businesses that offer "24 hour emergency service" all of them basically said its really just an answering service no tech available on sunday we can come Mon/tue. I called air temp control and got someone on third ring! They got Clark out here right away to look at unit. Clark had the unit back up in 25mins and the price wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (sunday emergency call pricing) I want to thank and recommend this company as they truly went above and beyond for me!! Thank you air temp control!!

Heater just failed to start at about 10 PM and never came on. Maintenance gent was timely and very nice, considering it was a holiday.Fixed right away.

I called for service to repair my AC unit. Service person arrived quickly & completed service. I was verbally quoted $325 for 1 lb of R22, & after service person left, it was $350 on the invoice. I called to communicate that I was verbally quoted $325, but nothing was done to change the charges. Within a few minutes, I received a callback & was informed that $25 would be credited due to the miscommunication. I am grateful for the assistance in repairing the issue quickly & for resolving the miscommunication on the invoice quote.

Local company literally right down the street from me and had a great reference from my partner so I gave them a try. They were the same price as another contractor but included extras such as handling my power company rebate, duct cleaning and whole house generator service. Very personable and got the entire HVAC job done in one day. Later came out to install a wall plate to cover the area of the old thermostat for no charge. Highly recommended!
