The workers did an excellent and professional job
They installed a blower motor in my furnace and
Relocated my hot water tank making it easier to get around my furnace
They also cleaned and vacuumed the furnace put in new filters
And checked to see if I needed Freon

They texted me to let me know they were on the way and came to my house before time
They also cleaned up after themselves
I would highly recommend this company for heating and cooling
I did not lift a finger

AC had stopped working so I called Air Temp. They answered the call, took my info and had a tech team out within 30 minutes. Chris was wonderful - explained what was the problem, details on the repair and pricing. Fortunately they had they needed parts in their van and an hour later cool air again !

Tech arrived very quickly. He efficient and courteous. He informed me that the repair was covered by warranty

Chris and his team are great! So far I've hired them twice. Once to replace a furnace and then again in my new house to replace the furnace and AC. Hard workers, responsive, fair pricing, knowledgeable, honest. Ive recommend them to a few friends too and they've all been happy with their work.

I highly recommend this company…. I called them and they can right out. The technician knew exactly what he was doing to get my heat up and running properly. 10/10 highly recommend.

Chris was very responsive to my initial call for AC service. He came and quickly assessed our unit and offered a very reasonable price to fix it. We know that it needs replacing due to age and other possible issues and I was hesitant about spending anything on an AC that was going to be replaced in a few months. But, as luck would have it, we had a string of unusually high heat and with my father’s health condition, I had no choice but to have it repaired. Chris came out first thing in the morning and got us up and running! I can’t thank him enough because other companies were seriously over charging and taking advantage. I am so grateful that I found his company on Google and decided to call! Thank you so very much! I was able to bring my Dad home from the hospital to a comfortable environment. You were truly our guardian angel!

I recommend this company. David Wiley is very nice and professional, and helped me to resolve a significant concern about our furnace. One of my rental properties was required to pass the furnace inspection before the city rental inspection. The first technician said we should replace the furnace, without an explanation of what was wrong with it. A second technician said we should spend about $2000 on repairs, without evidence they were needed. David was the third technician and was able to confirm that the furnace is working properly and safely. I felt relieved and grateful. In many years as a landlord, I have come across multiple techs who try to take advantage of me and get me to spend a lot of money unnecessarily. I am glad David is not like that.

This was my first time using this company! I would highly recommend! Very professional and polite when I called to set up appointment! They were able to come out the next day! Kept me updated on timing via text! The gentleman who was sent out was very professional and friendly! Luckily it was a quick fix! I will definitely be using Air Temperature Control for any future issues!

Beyond excellent service. I didn't call in service as an emergency, but assumed they would come out in 3 or days. They came the next day. Needed a new water heater. Once again, installed it the next day. A very user friendly streamlined service company. Pricing was good and the installation guys were even better. Very professional, knowledgeable, and personable.

The process and the communication… not very good.
It really depends on what you value when spending your money. Me personally… I will return to a place who treated me well time and time over regardless of the price or circumstances.

Anytime I need an ac unit removed to do drainage or grading work around a house or garage I hire Air Temperature Control to disconnect before we start and reconnect after we complete our work. They are always on time, very fast and efficient. Not to mention reasonably priced services! When they say they are going to be there at x certain time you can guarantee they will be in and out as they promised, which is huge in my business because my crew can come in immediately after there disconnect the unit to get our work done without sitting around having to wait! That means a lot to me do I'm not paying a crew to sit around and wait. Thank you Air Temperature Control!
