*BE AWARE OF ABC Plumbing and Heating*

I recently had a clogged toilet that wouldn’t flush and called ABC Plumbing and Heating for assistance. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

The technician who arrived was rude and unprofessional. Despite this, I was willing to give them a chance to fix the issue. However, the real problem began when they started diagnosing the problem.

The technician checked three separate “things that may be an issue”, each time charging $300, without resolving the issue. After nearly $900 (for ONE “inspection”), he finally admitted that the solution was to "just get a new toilet" without even fixing the original problem.

I was shocked by the lack of transparency, professionalism, and competence displayed by ABC Plumbing and Heating. The service was overpriced, and the issue remains unresolved.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their business practices and customer service are unacceptable and unethical.

Came out, looked at our issue (sink won't drain), said they'd get us a quote and then drove off. When we called to see what happened and if they were going to text the quote we were told they would call back. When we didn't get a call back we called again and were told they were on another job and we would be sent the quote. The next morning they called and told us they weren't interested.

To make an EXTREMELY long story short: They installed an electric water heater when we have propane. This caused a whole host of issues for 5 MONTHS. To top it all off, we had a minor gas leak that was discovered by another more reputable company.

*BEWARE. HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY FOR YOUR WATER HEATER NEEDS*

JR came out to look at our broken water pipe that had frozen, found it quickly and educated me. Very professional and thorough!

ABC Plumbing came to our rescue so fast and were so efficient and polite and resolved my clogged drain very quickly. Thank you!!

They were just great all around. Needed a new clean out on the main stack and cleaned main vent. They also installed a new laundry tub in the basement. Everything went flawless.

Pipe were frozen took less than an hour to unthaw. Adam was very polite

We had purchased garbage disposal and pipes..all he had to do was put it together.
I Checked to see if everything was working properly after he left ..it was leaking..called the company it took a few days for him to return..at first he said it wasn't leaking ..I put my hand around the pipe to show there was water. Also the rudest man ever..730.00 dollars was ridiculously high ..never again would not recommend 😒

They seemed nice, they came out, took a look....then left while I thought they were writing up the quote. Only after like 4-5 calls did I finally find out (the next day) that the workers say they "can't do the work" but won't give a reason. They also offered no other solutions to get our sink working again. I'm beyond frustrated, because if they'd just told me yesterday instead of dragging it out I could have just found somewhere else.

Adam arrived exactly when he said, replaced my sump pump very quickly. Great personality and very informative. Very appreciative of the service provided. Will definitely call if I have any future needs. Would absolutely refer ABC to anyone!

Great work very through, quotes an all done right there, would recommend again and gonna be going with them for a re-pipping

John the technician who performed the installation of my water heater is very knowledgeable even though the installation was difficult because I have a mobile home he stayed at it until the job was completed. I am very satisfied and will contact ABC plumbing for my future plumbing needs ! Thank you 😀

ABC had an amazing quick response to schedule my sump pump changeout - Adam was prompt, professional and answered all of my questions to get my pump installed. Would highly recommend to anyone.

JR With ABC plumbing gave impeccable service he came out and was quick efficient, very kind also was clean! Great with communication. Honestly, I wish I could take him all across the country to all of my jobs. There was zero stress and everything was done perfectly and professionally easy to pass inspections. Very hard to find good contractors these days especially for commercial properties, but JR is top quality! I would highly recommend Abc Plumbing as they are wonderful. Very impressed!
