MaidPro did an amazing job cleaning my house for the first time today. Everyone I’ve talked to/met at MaidPro has been so nice and friendly and it was really nice to come home to a spotless home. I honestly didn’t expect my house to be cleaned better than I could do myself, but I was wrong, my house has never been so clean. I love the way they made my daughters bed and arranged her stuffed animal friends. She was so excited she was jumping up and down saying look at my room! Thanks so much!

I always look forward to when MaidPro comes to my home. They always do an amazing job, and I’m always impressed with how clean my home is after the service has been completed. There is great customer service with the office staff and also the cleaners. The cleaners are always super respectful which I appreciate. I highly recommend.

Our home has been using MaidPro for over a year now and we are very pleased with their professionalism yet with a personal touch. When we were unable to reach out to them, they reached out to us and bent over backward to help us when we were experiencing grave difficulty. Their cleaners are very courteous, friendly, and professional. Many of them are very, very particular and detailed in their attention to cleanliness and not satisfied until the job is done exceptionally well (a particular nod to Sammie — exceptional skill!). Once (and only once) when we were not satisfied MaidPro —without question nor hesitation—sent another team right away to rectify the matter—I was very pleased!!! I would, and have, recommend MaidPro to family, friends, and strangers. Thanks MaidPro!

It has been an absolutely horrendous experience working with this company over the last 5 months. We have given MaidPro ample opportunity to correct their issues and they still left us disappointed. Cleaning quality was suboptimal at best. A number of cleans were left without any of the carpets being vacuumed and bathrooms looking worse off than when we left one. Our last straw was having a personal item stolen from our apartment by cleaning staff when we were not home. They are unable to retain reliable staff and you will have a new person cleaning your house on every clean. Avoid this company at all costs, you're better off doing your cleaning yourself. If you must work with them, make sure you are in the house when they are cleaning.

UPDATE: The owner contacted me and did an investigation. The company refunded me $50 for the inconvenience. Overall experience is a 3/5 stars. It is hard for me to say if I recommend the company, however, if you do use the company, you should check the work after the service and contact the company right away if you have any problem which I believe they will try to make it work.

I have a vacant home with barely anything to clean but I wanted a professional to come clean so my tenants can have a sparkling clean house when they move in.

The maid-pro cleaners came without appropriate tools. They did not have a broom, they asked me if I have one?! They were cleaning my hardwood floor with a small piece of cloth and some spray. There were spider webs on every single corners...I paid around $300 for 2 ladies to come clean for about 2.5 hours. They came at 1:15pm and was rushing to leave at 3:30pm. After I confronted them that the place is not clean, they said they only have 1 piece of cloth left to clean and sorta come back with that piece of cloth for a few seconds...I didn't even have the chance to point out the rest of the dirty spots and they were GONE...

They did a good job in my bathroom which I will give them credit for. Other than that, was not worth $300. I am very disappointed. I went to Lowe's and bought a $25 hardwood floor sweeper and ended up re-clean most of the house myself and I was shocked on how dirty my sweeper looks (please see the photo)...really sad and disappointed!

While I’ve had a mixed experience with MaidPro’s services, at times, management (Duane) has always been extremely professional, accommodating and customer focused.

My experience today was the best ever. Tamika is thorough and takes pride in her work.

So unprofessional. They came to give us a quote and then when we texted to set up our first cleaning, we got no response. My husband and I both tried to contact them via phone and text with no response. It would have been nice if they could have at least let us know they weren’t able to take on new clients rather than wasting our time.

I have tried a few cleaning services and none come close to these girls. They organized everything in my house and you could tell they moved everything to do a thorough deep clean. Super happy with our decision to hire them!

I cannot say enough good things about Berkley Cleaning Services. They are friendly, efficient, conscientious and trustworthy. Their initial deep clean far exceeded my expectations (they worked some magic on our vintage tub, which I thought was a lost cause), and their bi-weekly cleanings are always consistently excellent.

After hiring a couple other companies and receiving very poor service (found clean sheets thrown into the kids closet instead of making their beds), we found Berkley Cleaning Services. Berkley Cleaning did a magnificent job on deep cleans for our house. They got it absolutely sparkling for selling.
