Came out same day to look at my dryer did a song and dance and ask me to cash app him payment then said ok I have to order the part and never returned to do the repair and didn't return my money either

Adolph, the owner, is amazing - he came out to replace our thermistor, and after he'd left the dryer errored again(we had waited a while and thought it was fine before he left). He came back immediately, helped us figure out the real issue, and saved us from potentially having a huge fire due to a manufacturer's defect. Will definitely be calling on him in the future for any fixes and recommend him to anyone in the area!

Our experience with Adolph was very positive. He came and looked at our washing machine determined the issue very quickly. Had to order the part and as soon as it came in he was back here to do the repair. We are very pleased with the quality of service we received. We definitely will use them again.

On three separate occasions, I have used Thompson's Appliance Repair to repair a microwave, washer and dryer. Adolph was thorough and professional. Most importantly, I have and will recommend Adolph to family and friends.

I was looking for a company for my dryer, and found them online. Unfortunately, this did not work out for me. It was a nightmare from the beginning with one excuse after the other with Adolph. After it was finally “fixed” it broke shortly after. I ended up paying Adolph in full only to have a second company come out and fix the same exact part I paid Adolph to!! After it was all said and done, I gave Adolph the opportunity to make it right and give me some type of refund, he never did.

I had a Samsung dryer, something I was very upfront about. One of the last times I was trying to get ahold of Adolph I got his voicemail for the first time that very clearly stated HE DOES NOT SERVICE SAMSUNG APPLIANCES. Wow.

Just be careful with Adolph, he was a lesson learned for me. He was not honest and just did not care to get the job done. I will never use this company again or recommend it.

Adolph was the most honest man, unfortunately our dryer was not fixable but he had a friend that sold appliances and that was wonderful too. We are definitely keeping both of their numbers. Thank you Adolph for putting your time in to try and figure out what was wrong! You're the best!

Great service ! Mr. Thompson was on time and even came out on a Saturday evening. His price was fair and he even offered free advice on how to fix other small problems where he could have pressured us into having us pay for him to fix. We will call him again if ever needed!

I hope you have time as he schedules you between 10am and 4pm. He does not call ahead to let you know he is own his way rather just shows up. The first time he came out same day to look at the fridge ice machine. Came out looked at the make and model and ordered the part, never actually looked at seeing what the issue could be or anything beyond what was said over the phone. After a week of not getting any updates I had called to find out he had the part a couple of days after ordering. Came out a couple of days later to install. Again, he would be here sometime between 10 and 4. This part did not fix the issue and another part was ordered. Again, after a few days called to find out what was taking so long, to find out he had the part the next day. Schedule to come out within a fews sometime between 10 and 4. This part did not fix the issue either. During these scheduled appointments he would have to reschedule to further out date for one reason or another. A third part was ordered and have since been ghosted. It has now been 3 weeks since he last answered any calls and I do not expect one back anytime soon. I have left at least 4 voice messages and a couple of text messages.

Called on a Monday for dishwasher repair. He asked me to “text” him the info. I knew exactly the fix required. The heating element was broken and needed replaced. Per Maytag and YouTube, 15 min repair. Waited for estimate. Two days later he texted quote and he set up a Sat 10-3 repair. I was hoping for closer to 10 but waited…and waited. At 4:00, I texted “did you forget me?” An hr later he called and said he had a family emergency he had been dealing with and “meant” to call me. He said he would get back to me “as soon as he had some things settled.” Waited 24 hrs and sent a text that I needed it fixed by 9am today. No communication whatsoever. I moved on. So one week for a 15 min repair. Other reviews sd his “staff was great” but apparently there is no staff. And apparently he has used the “family emergency” scenario a few times.

Highly recommend Thompson’s. The gentleman was here within two hours of my calling for service. Adolph was friendly and found that I had paid for an unneeded repair and part for my dryer which a previous tech from another company charged me for. Very fair and truthful about what parts are needed.

Our dryer was not heating so I called Thompson Repliance Repair and they were spot on for the diagnosis of the gas solenoid valves. Valves were replaced in a timely manner and the dryer is now back up and running.

Scheduled dishwasher service with Thompson's and they never showed on day of service. Called them and excuse was their car broke down. He didn't even have the courtesy to call us and say he wasn't coming. We were re-scheduled to the next day, arrividng after 4:30 p.m. By 7:00 p.m. they never showed again. No phone calls to say they were not coming either day. They are not dependable and the fact that they don't even call to say they are not coming is very unprofessional. Would not recommend them.

Called Thompson’s in to fix an install from another company. He came out that week, figured what the problems were, and solved them in a way that wasn’t wildly expensive. It was a little finicky of a job, he had to find screws that were long enough to hold the dishwasher in place, but not so long that they split the wood, but with a head big enough to hold in place with the dishwasher opening. He also had to level the dishwasher properly, which hadn’t been done before. But he went through all the work with attention to detail and made sure everything was done in just the right way. And at the end he cut me a deal on the cost because he knew I’d already paid someone else to do this work, and gave me a 30 day guarantee on the labor if anything went wrong. I appreciated him, and I’ll work with him again.

My washing machine is 17 years old and they don't make it anymore. It had always been an excellent washing machine, so I was really sad when it broke down. Adolph was referred to me to get it fixed. It took some time for the part to come in, but when it did, Adolph was here and promptly fixed the machine. He was very courteous and knew what he was doing. Having it fixed, saved me a lot of money. My machine is working great and I'm looking forward to using it for several more years. Thank you Adolph for the excellent service!

Adolf was very helpful with troubleshooting and fixing our LG microwave. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and even checked back in with us to make sure everything working. We will be return customers for sure in the future.
