Great experience, Adolf came out quickly and fixed our dryer in under 30 minutes. He was great!

Adolf was such a great repair man. He was professional and maintained his composure. My mother's washer hadn't been working for over a week and he right away pinned the problem then solved it. We were so amazed at how fast he found the issue and then fixed it. We definitely refer him to anyone who has any problems with their washer. Has great customer service and is very reasonable! Thank you for all of your help!!!!

My elderly mother found this company online and figured they were a reputable business, she had a refrigerator that wasn't staying cold and she assumed the thermostat needed fixed. They came out and charged $120 for a service call, and said he took Cash App, Venmo or cash, and then told her she needed a part that cost $286.79 and said he would return. He did NOT return and she had to call them repeatedly and finally got ahold of what I assume was the "boss" he said he needed the money for the part before he would come out, she sent the money. A week goes by and she hears nothing, almost another week goes by and she calls them back again, and asks when they were coming back because her refrigerator was not being able to be used. She finally asked to just be refunded for the part because nothing was fixed and he ghosted her. So she was ripped off almost $300.00 and nothing was done. She had to call another repair service and pay for the part again. I wouldn't recommend these scam artist to my worst enemy.

In September my refrigerator went out. This man charged me 484.00 and said he would be back to fix the issue when my part came in. It is now almost Thanksgiving, I have no refrigerator and I've asked for my money back repeatedly to no response. I'm filing in small claims tomorrow morning. This guy is definitely going through some issues, do not pay for service until service is rendered is my new mantra. This is ridiculous.

Adolf was honest, friendly, fixed my stove same day where the previous repair man didn't really do anything to examine my stove just said I needed to replace the $1,200 stove... Adolf you're the man thank you for being thorough and reasonably priced.... I honestly recommend him to anybody and everybody....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!! HES A SCAMMER AND A THIEF. Date of service 11/12/25. He took money for repairs then the excuses started of needing to reschedule. Over the course of a couple weeks he promised he’d refund my money. He eventually blocked my texts and ghosted me. He’s done this to a lot of people. Buyer beware. I filed a police report as should anyone else with the Rockwood police.

I unfortunately have had a similar experience as others have had. I paid for a part on December 3rd and have continuously made attempts to get ahold of someone to come finish the job since right after Christmas. His phone is either off, or it goes to voicemail only to find out his inbox is full and I can’t leave a message. I would not recommend doing business with them.

WATCH OUT! Mr. Thompson worked on my washing machine and got it unplugged from the bath mat that fell apart. But the pump had broken. Mr. Thompson said he'd be back to install a new pump and even wrote it on the bill. He charged $345 but never came back. I called him and set up another time to finish the repair. Again, he didn't show up. I ended up buying a new washing machine. I wish I would have paid him half the amount and the other half when/if he finished the repair. I will NEVER call this place again.
