I am the advisor for a middle school garden club. We were supposed to have 5 yards of topsoil delivered for a service day project and the other company fell through. I contacted Kloosterman’s and they had the soil delivered within an hour. They truly saved the day!

The guys and gals do an excellent job at our house. Very nice people to talk with and they go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect.

They did this to my wife's car. Don't know why they thought this was acceptable. Unprofessional. They buried her car in snow. I'm making sure there's no damage. The guy that did this should be fired for doing such a poor job. Who treats customers like this. She was in a legal parking spot. It's a brand new 2017 malibu. I can't believe they thought this was ok to do. Bunch of morons.

Designing and building a beautiful water feature is a big undertaking. I believe that getting the best results requires craftsmen who have specialized expertise, and that is what Platinum Ponds provides.

I can't say enough good things about what it was like to work with Ryan and Jim. From the beginnings of the design process, all the way through construction and completion of my pond project, they were professional and easy to work with.

Pricing: They provided a clear, itemized list of materials and labor cost. Transparency with everything. I felt that everything was more than fairly priced.

Design: They clearly understood my vision and I am thrilled with the results. Rock placement for a pond/water feature is an art and they are amazing at it. My trust in them to do as they saw fit while executing my vision was not misplaced.

Construction: Highly professional. Excellent communication throughout. They were always considerate of the fact that we were living here and would even ask if it was ok to have a radio on. They cleaned up the worksite super well at the end of each day.

Dedication: Cannot be overstated; one of their crew became unavailable during my project so Ryan and Jim just gutted it out and built the thing themselves through hot summer weather.

If you have any interest in having a water feature (pond, pondless waterfall, etc) and live in west Michigan, I recommend these guys without reservation.

We had Ryan’s team install a pond in a tricky spot in our front yard. They had to temporarily move landscape and hand dig the hole because the heavy equipment didn’t have access. The team was professional, respectful and extremely hard working. The pond was completed in less than a week and exceeded my expectations. I am so happy, I hired Ryans’s team back for landscaping help. 100% recommend!

Ryan and his crew do outstanding work. They came in, built a retaining wall, reseeded the lawn, and had it all cleaned up in a matter of days. All while we were away on vacation. He kept us well informed about how the project was going while we were away, and we were very excited to see the finished product. I would and have highly recommended him for your outdoor projects. We're even discussing future projects with him.

Outside of their range for commuting but they were extremely kind and helpful on the phone...... and most importantly, honest.

Called 2 hours before he was suppose to meet us and said he couldn't make it. He said he was so busy he probably couldn't get to us until August and we might want to contact someone else. This was after we talked to him at home show and different times. Our hose won't be done until end of June.

Work was completed as scheduled. Ryan did a great job of communicating and following through. Loved the finish product!

Our 1/4 acre pond was over grown with weeds & unwanted trees & looked terrible. Ryan & his crew in just three days, excavated the entire shore line (trees & all!) & replaced it with gorgeous Michigan field stone of various sizes. It looks like the shore of Lake Michigan! Such a transformation! Thanks Ryan! Looking forward to more work from them to add a waterfall feature & some landscaping in the Spring.
