Thanks to Ryan & his amazing crew who helped us this year with landscaping our front yard and installing two beautiful patios in our backyard. Ryan always responded to me the same day I might have a question and always kept me updated on his schedule. They always cleaned up the job site and their pricing is competitive. I will use them again and refer them as much as possible.

Ryan worked with us on a new paverstone patio with retaining walls and a built in gas grille. He did a computer model of what the finished product would look like and after the work was completed it matched the computer drawing. His crew was very respectful. I have never been around construction workers that in 10 days never swore! The finished product is beautiful !

We had Ryan and his crew out for another job this Spring. They installed a paver brick patio in the back to match the walkway they installed a few years ago. Once again, they did excellent work. Great experience with Platinum Ponds & Landscaping! Ryan provided budget appropriate ideas for multiple projects around our home. His communication was stellar with regular updates. Everything was completed as stated within the timeframe described. He was very meticulous with his work and cleaned up the work site very well at the end of the job. Highly recommended!

Ryan, Jim and Brad were awesome to work with. We have a < .25-acre retention pond on our property that was an overgrown eye-sore when we moved in and we wanted to clean it up to make it a feature our family could enjoy. After multiple landscapers looked at the project and weren't comfortable scoping it, Ryan came along and immediately had a vision for the project and guided us through every step, willingly coordinating with us and a tree removal company to get the job done. Ryan scoped multiple options at each step and worked with us to make sure we understood each. Last fall Ryan and Jim graded the landscape and placed stone around the perimeter of the pond while also installing a beautiful boulder retention wall. This spring they came back with Brad and added aeration, tweaked some stone work to adapt to the water level, cleaned up and seeded the landscape. We could not be happier with the work they completed. Ryan's counsel on water treatment and even fish to plant in the pond have been a huge help as well. We found it difficult at first to find someone who was willing to take on our project. From the first moment Ryan was on site he knew exactly what he was dealing with and made the project happen. If you are looking for work on a water feature, Ryan is your guy!

Ryan did an excellent job for us on a complete landscaping install for a new home construction for us. He designed the layout well and worked with us on it to come up with the perfect plan. He didn't try to oversell us and took the time to determine what we were looking for overall. We're very impressed with the level of communication and timeliness. Worked well with other contractors (irrigation, lawn seeding, etc) to make sure everything came together properly. Thanks!

Ryan and Jim did an excellent job making our patio concept a reality. They did the job on time and on budget, and Ryan was very accommodating to changes we made along the way. The result is fantastic! Our project was a very large, multi-tier patio with very difficult (curved) geometry, detailed brickwork, and banding detail. The sitting wall and pillars are perfect as well. We love our patio! These guys really know hardscapes and water features! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Ryan and his team at Platinum Ponds for any backyard patio, pond, water feature, or landscaping (rock or otherwise) project you may have. Ryan and Jim at Platinum built a gorgeous koi pond for us two years ago. We were amazed by the engineering, the artistry, and the professionalism. So, we couldn't help but call them again when we wanted a walkway and retaining wall instead in our side yard. And again, Ryan was professional, transparent, timely, and, as always, an artist. I can't speak highly enough about this extraordinary team.

Ryan, Jim, and the team at Platinum Ponds and Landscaping are great to work with! They built a retaining wall off the back of a new garage, to enclose a basketball court. And they also did steps and pavers down to the backyard, creating a focal point on the property. Their willingness to take a vision and turn it into reality with excellent communication, hard work, and suggestions along the way; made the final part of a big project go very smooth. They also recently installed outdoor lighting around the house. I would recommend them to anyone , and we couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out!
