When our furnace went out over the winter and needed to be replaced, Brad came out on a Sunday afternoon and the whole job was completed the very next day. When we had a minor issue with our Central Air; Brad responded to my call immediately and the issue was resolved in no time. Good company, reasonable prices, top notch service!

We went to turn on our A/C unit for the first time in our new home and of course it wouldn’t turn on. We called Brad at 5:30pm and he answered and said he could come over in the morning! He was very responsive and on time. He discovered what was wrong and explained to me in easy terms to understand, what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. We appreciated him and the time he took to help us. I would 100% recommend!

These gentlemen are professional, knowledgeable and respond fast! I needed to replace a 20+ year old furnace (no heat) in one of the coldest weeks in January and these guys made it happen. Explained everything in a manner that I could understand. Highlighted my different options/prices for replacement equipment that best suited me and replaced it all the next morning!! Got my furnace replaced recently. Excellent service and very friendly technicians. Prompt response by owner and quick installation. They’ll make sure that everything works fine and clean up all the mess. Highly recommend them for HVAC needs. I’ll be using them to replace my air conditioning unit also soon.

Very helpful, super reasonable pricing to replace my ancient ac and furnace in my home, answered all of my questions and helped us getting linked up with financing so that updating was affordable and possible at this time! Wonderfully respectable and cleaned up after themselves leaving nothing for me to clean up or take care of. Came out same day to look and was very accommodating to my schedule!

I had called Affordable Heating ,Cooling and Refrigeration when I needed a winter checkup. So when my furnace started to go I called on a Saturday for help. They told me they could do the installation for me on Monday as they had a cancellation. Set me up with a finance company and we made the appointment. Monday morning Keegen and Jay came with the new furnace and got right to work. It took 3-4 hours but it was in and on! They made sure it was working correctly, cleaned up and I had a new furnace.They were very polite,quick and helpful answering my questions as was Heather at the office. Wonderful service for a great price! Brad is great, friendly and took care of my ac unit. He serviced my unit twice but only charged me once. Went out of his way to take care of our needs. Thank you so very much Brad!

I will start off by saying that I rarely write reviews. Good or bad. But Brad and his team deserve this review. My furnace went out in the evening and I called his office at 6:30am, assuming I would either get an answering service or voicemail. Brad answered the phone and told me he could have someone out by 8:30am that same day. The furnace was almost 20 years old and I knew I was needing to replace soon. Brad presented me with options to fix or replace. I ultimately chose to replace and he had his crew back out to my house that same day by 11:00am. His crew was professional and courteous. Not to mention that his fees are fair and competitive in the market. I would recommend Affordable Heating to anyone in the market.

Brad was great to deal with from the get go. Called for A/C problems and he was out same day. Replaced A/C next day. Fast and efficient. Would recommend and call again.

Brad was very professional when he came to do an estimate for my house. The price was much lower than the other two companies that I had checked with. The installers arrived right at the promised time and their work was impeccable. Both of them were very personable and did a great job.

We elected the financing route, which was pretty easy and the terms were much better than a credit card could dream of. The application occurs over the phone, and in 10 minutes or less you have some peace of mind.

Even after we scheduled the install, I had a few questions going back and forth with the owner. Ultimately, we had a phone conversation on a Sunday (the day before the installation). When I say customer care, I mean it. I think he understood that I was stressing about the situation, and he did what he could to help me feel better. To say I felt relieved was an understatement!

On the day of the installation, I was disappointed that the owner himself wasn't part of the crew. I really wanted to thank him in person. However, he was not wrong about the great things he said about the crew he would be sending. They were great! They were on-time, professional, friendly, and my dogs just loved them!

Absolutely the best in all ways! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Brad was great when I called for a bid, he came over that same day and the bid was beyond reasonable. The day we were scheduled for install Jeremy and Keagan showed up perfectly on time and did a Fantastic Job. We recommend this company for any of your heating, cooling or refrigeration needs. I contacted Brad to around 5pm and he had a crew out at my the next morning to replace my furnace and hot water heater. They went over and above helping my family out with issues we didn't plan on having right before the holidays. They were fast and professional, as well as had the best price of all the quotes we received. Highly recommend them!

Brad responded within minutes of submitting a request for an estimate online. He arrived on time as soon as I got out of work the following day to give an estimate for a broken air conditioning unit. In less than 24 hours of the estimate, everything was installed/up and running. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and quality work. Great guys! I called Brad when my condenser wouldn't come on at the start of the hot/humid season. He was able to fit me in same day and got the problem fixed. I plan on having Affordable come out and install a mini-split in my detached garage later this year. (fake name, real review)

It's great to see that there are still people who care about their customers. We called on Wednesday for a quote and they were here within an hour. In desperate need for a new AC and Furnace. Called Thursday to ask questions and decided to go with Affordable. They were here Friday the next day at 9 AM and Completed by 1:15. Brad came the same day I called, he fixed my 25 yr old air conditioner quickly, added frion and I'm good to go. Didn't try to sell me a new one. Very easy going and efficient guy. Wonderful, fast results.
