Had to call affordable heating and cooling on the 4th of July in regards to our air conditioner. Very quick response within an hour!! We're here the next day by 3:00 p.m. fixed the problem! Have been an existing customer for three years! I highly recommend this company. They care about their existing customers and their new customers! Plus they are very nice and pleasant! They definitely do a great job!

We had Brad come over to take a look at our air conditioner, he found the problem right away and was very professional and in a matter of minutes our air was working! Thank God cause our house was 86 degrees!! I had called others places and they didn't call back or were book out till next week ! Glad I called Affordable they were here the next day!

The unit wasn't working and it's December commence a potential nightmare. I called them up expecting a few hours and potentially a few thousand dollars. Brad was wonderful to work with be was able to help me right away. The fear of buying a new furnace was thankfully removed by Brad as he needed to fix a switch on the inside of the furnace. He also checked on the condition of it and made a few suggestions for me. The first one is I actually was buying too good of a filter and he educated me why that was. He also told me overall the health of it looked good and I should be fine for awhile. I know in the coming years I will have to get a new furnace and when I do I'll be using them. Thanks for saving the day, educating me on a few things, you definitely have my business going forward!

Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days this winter and Brad came within 30 minutes of the phone call and detected the issue in minutes and was able to fix it enough to work through the night until the new furnace was installed the next morning by Jake and Nathan. All 3 men provided exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a heating and cooling as they do great work and are fairly priced.

I used this company several years ago when I needed a new furnace. They came out quick, installed the furnace fast, & the price was much less than I expected. Yesterday evening my AC stopped working & my house was unbearably hot all night long. I called Affordable Heating & Cooling this morning at 9:00 on a Holiday weekend. They were here within an hour, They fixed my problem checked my AC unit out & was finished in no time. The Price was Very Affordable!!!!! They Defiantly live up to their Name!!!! If I could give them more than 5 Stars I would, they deserve it!!!!

Great Service. When we contacted Brad, he showed up the next day early was able to find the problem quickly and resolve it quickly. We will keep him on file for future heating and cooling issues.

On the coldest day of the year and MLK day our furnace stopped turning on. Of course we were desperate and called the first place we saw with good reviews. Brian came out within a few hours and luckily it was a quick fix and he was very straightforward and honest with us. It was refreshing and appreciated immensely and we will definitely be calling them in the future if we have any other problems with anything they are capable of fixing!

We had a 20 year ac replaced. I called and for a quote and they were very efficient getting us one. There was no pressure to buy from them. I called them back and had them install a new ac unit the following week. I will go with this company again.

My wife called this company and the owner “Brad” came in to quote a new system, while in my house she asked whether repairing our unit would be an option and he went there, fixed it w/o getting authorization and came up with a bill of $300 to change the capacitor…
Detail is I had already ordered a capacitor online and would test that fix myself…
She called me and I asked him if he had told her how much it would cost before he even decided to replace it and he said no. I then told him this wasn’t right and he got mad, start saying we were dishonest and left… however, when he left, he took his capacitor (which is ok) but he also took mine, he also took my fuses from the AC disconnect and one of the wires… I tried calling him, he hanged up on me when I identified myself. I then called the cops and file a report.
Will add here a photo of him and the parts he stole from me. Not sure yet if he caused any other damages. I’m now at Home Depot trying to get replacement parts for what he stole

I gave Brad five stars only because there's not 10 Stars he was very thorough very quick very honest and showed up at my house within 15 minutes he replied to my request in 5 minutes. Great price too. He only charged me the $180 for the call and clean the carbon off of the whatchamacallit for free. I will call him back and my furnace is only a few years old. My dads is 35 yrs old and never a problem. We are forced to buy junk that falls apart quickly.

Our furnace went out on the coldest night of the year (of course), at like 2 in the morning. Google led me to this company. I spoke with Brad and although the problem couldn't be fixed right then, he sent two guys out right away to attempt to diagnose and fix. Our issue ended up being that we had to replace our nearly 40 year old furnace altogether, along with retro fitting and minor ductwork. They were able to give me an exact quote and even had financing available if needed. Which is great to see a company offer, given our current times. Monday morning they were back at my house with our new furnace, bright and early. Brad kept in contact with me throughout as well, so I knew when to expect them. The job was complete in under 3 hours and they picked up all mess, as well as hauled off the old stuff. The company also took the original service charge off of my total bill. Not to mention that it's all got various warranties, so we won't have to worry about this expense again for quite sometime even if something small were to be needed 😉. Overall not only was this company affordable like the name states, but they were also friendly, efficient and professional. Would recommend them to all.

Brad communicated with us in a very timely manner. Anytime that I had a question he answered me and was spot on. The team showed up on time and exchanged my AC/Heater unit quickly. Very professional young men and neat. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. I purchased a new Goodman unit and am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend this company.
