    After promising many times to be here and not calling back without several efforts to reach him, a day was set. No Show. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SCHEDULE THIS COMPANY FOR WORK. IT WILL NOT BE DONE. I don't know what has happened to him because I used him several times in the past and never had a problem.

    Tried to call him about an emergency on a Sunday and flat out refused to help without a call from the Park where my mother lives despite a person in the house being on oxygen. Made the statement "I am sure you mom is a good person, but I have done work in that area but never got paid, and I don't want that to happen again." Basically accused my mother of calling to have work done but then won't pay him. Not a person I will ever deal with or recommend.

    Jack and his employees provided outstanding service after I had purchased a house with a bad electrical set up from the previous owner. When I first called, Jack was extremely knowledgeable on the phone and laid out my options for me. He sent out some of his guys to diagnose the problem officially the same day and everything was taken care of within a couple of days. Needless to say, I am very happy with the outcome. I would recommend this company and definitely will be using them again for any future electrical problems.
