Electrical reviews in Cedar Springs, Michigan

Good Man

A great company, always gets the job .👍

After promising many times to be here and not calling back without several efforts to reach him, a day was set. No Show.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SCHEDULE THIS COMPANY FOR WORK.
IT WILL NOT BE DONE.

I don't know what has happened to him because I used him several times in the past and never had a problem.

He has done great work for big names like Converse, Gap, Nike, Firestone and many more. All the work I've seen done by Ochodnicky Electric has been great work. I would recommend this company.

Tried to call him about an emergency on a Sunday and flat out refused to help without a call from the Park where my mother lives despite a person in the house being on oxygen. Made the statement "I am sure you mom is a good person, but I have done work in that area but never got paid, and I don't want that to happen again." Basically accused my mother of calling to have work done but then won't pay him. Not a person I will ever deal with or recommend.

Jack and his employees provided outstanding service after I had purchased a house with a bad electrical set up from the previous owner. When I first called, Jack was extremely knowledgeable on the phone and laid out my options for me. He sent out some of his guys to diagnose the problem officially the same day and everything was taken care of within a couple of days. Needless to say, I am very happy with the outcome. I would recommend this company and definitely will be using them again for any future electrical problems.

AJ and his team did a great job! He did
a great job with communication throughout the project and made sure all of my questions were answered. Highly recommend!

AJ from Estep was awesome. We called on Friday night after 6pm during holiday season. He was at our house in under an hour. Super kind and professional. Accurately diagnosed the problem and was fixed it right away. He was extremely reasonable with his prices and went way above and beyond. We will be contacting him for help for all our future work.

AJ did a great job replacing our bathroom fan. He communicated well from start to finish and was quick to get the job completed. He cleaned up too which I appreciated. Great guy and easy to work with! Would recommend to others!

Aj was great with skill and communication. Worked was done at a rental and he connected the tenants and kept them informed instead of me. Highly recommend. Fair prices with timely communication and completion of project

I called Estep this morning and they sent someone out today. The electrician was super nice and found the problem quickly.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Estep Electrical Services was fantastic! I had them out to wire a new hot tub. AJ was honest and transparent through the entire process and his pricing was very fair! Will definitely use again!

Thank you Aj for the great communication and for getting my old outlets switched out. The new ones look gorgeous! I'll be reaching out again when we're ready for the next half of the house to be done☺️

The owner of the company is super great and he's very professional and he knows his Job very well. He's willing to listen to you and do what you want him to do. He doesn't never try to talk you into something else to do. AJ has a great personality. He's such a sweetheart and he does a beautiful job he coordinated everything and made it all seem very, very smooth. I appreciate him so much. If you're doing any kind of electric, AJ is the one to call

REASONABLY PRICED!!! I changed 4 light fixtures, two needing a very tall ladder! AJ was flexible with his appointment times and efficient with his work. Very accommodating.

AJ Estep was fantastic. We called him on Friday afternoon and he made availability for us on Saturday morning to fix our electrical issue. AJ was very professional and efficient in his work. I recommend his electric work to everyone. Great person to work with and prices are more than fair.

AJ provided excellent service for us . Outstanding! Everything we needed done as a consummate professional. Plus the added bonus that AJ is so personable and the cost was as expected and reasonable. Estep Electric is in my permanent go to file.

AJ was great to work with. Came in at short notice to fix a circuit fault for us very quickly. Pricing was fair, he acted very professionally and explained everything clearly. He even tested the Christmas lights for my wife! Highly recommended.

We were looking to put in a bathroom vent fan and organize the electrical wiring. AJ responded quickly and got us the estimate. With in a week we were setup to go. He worked quickly and the work done is amazing. He was personable, answered all the questions i had, and was very respectful letting me know when it would be loud. I would highly recommend using AJ for your next project!
