Our furnace died on a Saturday. Todd's was the only company that answered the phone. He came out within the hour,and got it running again. 2 weeks later, we had our new furnace. It was installed in 3 hours. We couldn't be happier with Crome mechanical!

I called about a gasline issue and they came within the hour and fixed the problem quickly. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely contact them again (hopefully not too soon) for any other issues I have. I highly recommend them!

Crome Mechanical installed a complete HVAC system and water heater for me in December of 2024. The process was smooth and efficient from the sales representative gauging my needs and recommending the appropriate system to the installation. The installers arrived as scheduled, went to work, installed the water heater and furnace, and installed the air conditioning unit in the very cold and winding exterior. The furnace and water heater worked flawlessly and they will wait until the weather warms to test the air conditioner unit. They did what they said they would do, cleaned up afterword and handled all the paperwork for available rebates. Great Job!
