Schaafsma Heating & Cooling

Replaced our air conditioner and it was a great experience. Brian and his partner were thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. They worked well together and cleaned up after themselves. We went with Schaafsma because the initial service call experience was the best out of 3. The service tech was very respectful and explained what he was checking and shared his results in a language I could understand. The quote was the best also.

Bill and Drew came back to finish up on our furnace/AC replacement. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and took exceptional care in ensuring no dirt, leaves or mud was brought into the house by placing runners from the furnace room to our outside door as well as cleaning up after themselves. Their work was completed without issue and the installation of both the furnace and AC unit was neat and clean. Both Bill and Drew were pleasant and professional, answering all questions and asking if there was anything else needed. Their work confirmed my belief that Schaafsma is the best HVAC company in the GR area! Drew and Bill exemplified this through their work and attention to detail.
