I don’t have a ton of experience with chimney sweeps but I can’t image anyone doing a better job then these guys. Our chimney sweep arrived on time and helped me move some of the furniture out of the way so he could clean the chimney without getting anything dirty. He diligently cleaned the chimney then helped me put everything back. Since I am a new home owner and never used a chimney before, he gave me some advice on how to light a fire and how to operate the chimney flume. Overall, B&B was super helpful and we’ll definitely hire them again when additional cleaning.

Would not recommend. I paid for an inspection of my chimney, which turned out to be just paying for an estimate for the work the guy wanted to do. I thought an inspection would be a complete evaluation of all components with a report of all defects, then a separate estimate detailing the costs to repair each defect. I was wrong and my chimney is still not in good, working condition after paying almost $6000 to B & B. Their work was completed on time and cleaned up well. But, the flashing and sealant is not corrected, the chimney still has other issues and the quality of workmanship was subpar, especially at the mortar joints. Close up photos are of new brick and mortar. It looks terrible.
