Quick, prompt, and friendly service

I started using Vans for my business HVAC needs a few years ago and I am glad I found them! These guys not only know what they are doing, but they are reasonably priced, fast, friendly, professional, the complete package! I called them today because I had a noisy squeal coming from the furnace/AC blower unit. They had a technician out here lightning fast and the problem solved very quickly—even with replacing the damaged part. I am always impressed with their quality and speed of service!

We called after hours and they called us back within 5 minutes and helped us fix the problem. 😊 so nice and helpful.

Came out for a furnace tune-up. Courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about our furnace . Will use again in the spring for an A/C tune-up.

Made an appointment for more than a week out. I called the day before to confirm and was told they could not come out and maybe could get to me in 2 weeks. So when we're they going to call me to notify of canceling appointment and reschedule? Never.

Engineered Heating and Cooling cleaned the ducts and tuned up our furnace in our new house. We chose them in part because we wanted a company that would actually brush out the ducts well, and we are really happy with how thoroughly they cleaned our ducts. They were very professional and honest. I appreciated their communication, and it was very easy to pay my bill online. I would definitely recommend them.

My husband and I are coming up on a year after having our Heat Pump installed. This was not only the most cost effective solution, Engineered offered the best customer service. I highly recommend their services.

Tip: Engineered does not have an electrician on staff. If you need electrical work with your new heating solution, we used Swanson Electrical. They were the most affordable and reliable.

Absolutely top notch customer service and workmanship. The only company I’ll call for repair or install for the rentals I oversee or my own needs. Steve Zagman has installed multiple A/C units for me and I have absolutely no complaints, I had to get Steve to correct another companies work that was a complete disaster install , he had is running and cleaned up the mess the other company did. You can’t go wrong with Engineered.

Our furnace died on a Saturday. Todd's was the only company that answered the phone. He came out within the hour,and got it running again. 2 weeks later, we had our new furnace. It was installed in 3 hours. We couldn't be happier with Crome mechanical!

I called about a gasline issue and they came within the hour and fixed the problem quickly. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely contact them again (hopefully not too soon) for any other issues I have. I highly recommend them!

Crome Mechanical installed a complete HVAC system and water heater for me in December of 2024. The process was smooth and efficient from the sales representative gauging my needs and recommending the appropriate system to the installation. The installers arrived as scheduled, went to work, installed the water heater and furnace, and installed the air conditioning unit in the very cold and winding exterior. The furnace and water heater worked flawlessly and they will wait until the weather warms to test the air conditioner unit. They did what they said they would do, cleaned up afterword and handled all the paperwork for available rebates. Great Job!

Crome Mechanical installed a new Lennox furnace and AC a couple of years ago. Prompt mid-winter service. They now perform routine annual maintenance checks on both units. Fixed our water softener within last month. Courteous, efficient, great service techs. Very satisfied with my experiences with Crome. No photos to show.

Loved my family's experience with Crome Mechanical. They came out within a day from when I called them about my A/C unit making a terrible noise. They identified it quickly and had it fixed within the week since we had to wait for parts to be shipped in. Thanks Crome!

Did a great job, needed a new furnace in a duplex and wanted to add air. The other duplex needs a new furnace also but not right now. Went over my options and figured out what was best for our needs. Used Costco and was a seamless process. Will definitely be sticking with Chrome.

Excellent. We had multiple quotes for furnace and AC replacement. Crome gave us our options without “used-car salesman” tactics. We felt much more comfortable with them than with others. Down to earth and pleasant to work with.

Excellent service. I had them change out an old AC unit and Furnace. Tanner and Gabe were very professional and courteous; they made sure that we were thoroughly satisfied with everything before they left. I would definitely recommend this company based off my own personal experience with them from start to finish.

*update * Had them come out to adjust the blower according to the temps and our wood furnace, and as always, they were prompt and excellent with their service. Definitely recommend them.

These guys are awesome! The guy come out to look at furnace, which would start up but not shut off. He was polite, professional, did a his checks and told me it was the thermostat on the wall that went bad. Didn't try to sell me anything extra, asked me if I knew how to do that. I do, paid him happily and I put on a wall thermostat myself. The guy was polite, kind and yes! When I next want furnace help, I'm calling these folks.

The scheduling team was fantastic and Brian was great. He provided great insight, honest feedback, and utmost professionalism. We wound up choosing to wait and see if we would need their work. However, the experience working with them was worth the time I would spend writing a review. I have worked with other companies that their reps were not nearly as friendly or free with their knowledge.

Prompt response, technician was professional he explained the problem and solution throughly. Price was competitive, there is a fee to come out for service.
They also have an annual service program.
