Installed GM Powerup level 2 car charger. Kurt was very knowledgeable and gave us three quotes of different installs for my electrical panel and explained the pros and cons of each. Very happy with the install and I will use them again.

The technician that came to my house was very polite and fun to talk with.
He got the job done fairly quickly (especially given the minor complications) and I was satisfied with the job. However, the problem has returned and I will need to have them come back out to fix the issue. Hence the 4 stars vs 5.

Sam did a great job wiring and hanging a Samsung frame tv. He has never done one before so it took some trial and error but he didn't complain and didn't leave until it was perfectly hung.

Peggy and Craig were very professional and kept in touch about the process. They got the work done in a timely manner. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend

I was very disappointed in this company. We had them out to quote us on a full house generator. We are in the process of pricing around and getting different quotes and opinions and this was the worst quote/service I have seen. For a job costing around $12,000+ you would think the consult would have been longer than 15 minutes, to sell your company, to explain the work that would potentially be done, go over pricing, and actually receive the quote. I was asked where I would want the generator (which threw me off, I thought that’s what I was hiring a company for to figure that out and tell me their opinion on the best options) they did a QUICK look outside at the meters and a quick glance at my electric panel. After that it was “you got anywhere for us to sit?” So I invited them into my living room thinking we were going to discuss things further and go over more details. No words were exchanged as he was on his iPad, and once the quote was done it was a VERY quick run over the pricing. I asked if the quote would be emailed to me. Yep, took my email, and was told I would get it immediately. 24 hours later I have still yet to receive the quote. I asked about financing and was just told he would email me that as well…another email that was never received. Again, for such a large job and knowing a company would be dealing with my electric and gas lines, this type of customer service (or lack there of) immediately turned me away from any potential this company had.

Joe was a great electrician. The work was quality, and who is a able to diagnose my problem quickly and get it resolved. He also offered to get two other minor issues fixed and additional charge. I took them up on the offer so I don’t have to worry about them later and my only complaint would be the overall charge for the extra projects. I don’t blame Joe he doesn’t make the price, so please don’t hold that against him overall very satisfied and would recommend you to friends and family.

Our power was knocked Out in the storm that passed through a couple nights ago half of our tree fell on the electrical wire. We needed an electrician to do the final repair to the meter on the house I called this marvelous company and they were able to send somebody that day. He was there in 30 minutes. He did a great job hooking us back up and we would recommend this company to anybody who needs electrical work done, super super great job thanks

Mr Electric is a very reputable company, professional installation of my Generac generator and they have a great service plan to maintain it as well. They have been taking care of my generator since 2017 with no issues.

Steve Gentilcore is an excellent electrician. I had several questions due to ongoing issues with my smoke alarms, and he answered all of them patiently and thoroughly. I would recommend Mr. Electric of Macomb & Oakland Counties to anyone.

Rephrase : I had an EV charger installed by Mr Electric of Ann Arbor which showed problem. They have closed office and re root customer to Mr Electric of Macomb. Mr Electric of Macomb determined that the installation wasn't up to code. Despite having purchased a 3-year warranty and both locations being part of the same franchise, my requests for resolution have gone unanswered. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the Mr Electric franchise as they've failed to honor their warranty commitments.

Sam was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He pointed out an issue that I wasn’t aware of as he was fixing the issues I contracted him to do. Although I will now need to get that issue fixed, it will give me piece of mind so I know no further electrical issues in my A/C unit will take place.
