We had a lightning strike on our house and needed to get the electrical checked. MULTIPLE people recommended Steve and Mr Electric…and it was a GREAT hire. Professional, easy to work with and affordable

Avoid this company. Got a 2nd opinion from another electrician who found zero evidence of water getting into the panel that they claimed was causing our issue. Turned out it was a DTE connection issue. DTE came out and fixed it for free. They tried to sell $4,400 worth of service that was not needed. Had we used the 2nd opinion electrician they said they would have charged $2,500 for the same repair. Buyer beware!

Kurt and his helper showed up on a Saturday within an hour of our need. They installed a replacemnt 220 line for our new Dryer. We are happy that their quick response got us back in business before the holiday

They did the job but the diagnostic/repair cost was definitely pricey (~$350) and left me feeling a bit blindsided (need the fix but I should've shopped around). There was no free estimate or the way they explained the free estimate was that they hear your story then suggest a diagnostic service or other service. I probably wont be a returning customer but if price isn't an issue then I'd say go for it.

From the first visit, Joe was wonderful. When Connor and Joe came back to do the work, they were professional, communicative, and caring as they went about putting in a dedicated 20 amp outlet and wiring for a sauna. Would have them back without hesitation. The communication between the company and us before and during the work was first rate.

Great experience overall. The service was prompt and professional, and they were able to schedule me in quickly. The pricing was fair for the work performed, and everything was completed efficiently. I would gladly recommend Mr Electric to others.

Can not begin to explain how happy I am with these guys. What I thought was just some bad breakers turned into a series of problems that avalanched into me losing power in half my house. Contacted Mr. Electric and explained the problem I was having and they managed to send out an Electrician that day.

Joe came out and listened to me explain what I had tested and yet to try and he took over from there. After trying to replace a few breakers and getting no where he began testing outside and thats where we started finding all the issues. Both my low line and the drop line had damage to them and even the meter and electrical panel were showing signs of corrosion and rust. The low line has split half way down my house and was corroded in the line.

I needed my whole service line replaced.

He was able to clear out his schedule the next day and not only got me a new service line, but even got DTE to come out and replace the drop line due to it having damage as well.

By the end of it all i not only had power back in my house (something I need since I work from home) but i also sprung for the upgrade. 200 amps and a new 40 breaker panel have given my home a new spark … yes pun intended … and I gained a lot of valuable knowledge. I will be calling these guys again in the future if I ever need electrical work done.

Moved into my new home on 3 Feb 26, from Wisconsin only to discover the house has electrical problems. Mr. Electric sent an electrician to my home on a Saturday that was professional, efficient and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything and the amazing thing is every company I called today, Saturday 7 Feb 26, said they would see me on Monday. This company's willingness to help when no one else would really stands out. I am grateful for their prompt service and would absolutely recommend Mr. Electric to anyone needing reliable electrical work.

When I called with a problem they explained I may have a reset button on my faulty outlet. This fixed it & I do not have to pay an electrician this time. The first place I called didn't listen & tell me this. I will call Anchor Bay back for future electrical issues.

Mike is an excellent electrician. He completed a large job for us with the lowest quote and finished on time. Mike pulled the permit and did everything to code. Do yourself a favor and hire Anchor Bay Electric.

A very cold day this December 5, 2019. I started my search around noon for an electrician to come out today as I had no heat all morning because half my power in the house was dead, I got a hold of Anchor Bay Electric and he was able to service our home by 6 o’clock the same evening! A couple of other companies I had spoke to earlier weren’t able to even look at us until sometime the next day or after the weekend. When entering the home the two gentlemen were very polite, took their shoes off and listened to everything that I said about what switches weren’t working, as my husband and I decided to do some work in the house on our own, he did his job going through the box inside and outside of the home and he had everything resolved within 15 minutes! I couldn’t be happier! I will always call him back if I ever need an electrician again and definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone that is in search of a master electrician

Excellent company- we contacted them about a whole house fan repair and they came the next day. Very courteous on the phone and helpful in evaluating and repairing our whole house fan onsite. Very professional and talked us through the options of repair or replacement. Ultimately repaired the unit and saved us a bunch of money. I would high recommend them for any electrical work I needed.

Great people, super knowledgeable. Had an issue with some wiring that I couldn't troubleshoot myself. Ended up being a damaged wire in the attic that has been there since the house was built! Mark and Nolan were awesome to work with and they were very helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
