Eric was on time and very patient. My nephew had a problem getting in the house and had to ask a neighbor to let him in because he forgot his keys. Work on the air conditioner was done and he even looked at the furnace and did some maintenance. Thank you so much for coming out on this very hot and humid day. Also price was very reasonable and Eric was very kind. Would highly recommend this company and Eric!!

Great team. Tony came out right away and gave us a good quote. Schedule service. The team showed up on time and didn’t leave till they knew I knew everything about our new furnace. I would use Vision Air every time for my heating and cooling needs.

Today, and since the Summer of 2017, Vision Airs' Owners have cordially, professionally and successfully tended to my heating needs including at least three gas leaks in " this old house". (1927). I never considered calling another company.

I contacted them at 4pm and they were on site working on my issue at 6pm which was resolved in a timely manner for a fair price. Not much more you could ask for! Great service!

Tony the owner arrived promptly and was incredibly professional. The work was done quick and with great attention to detail. He showed me exactly what was wrong and gave me tips on how to help maintain my AC unit for further use. I am going to be recommending friends and family to VisionAir moving forward after today’s excellent service.

They are great. I woke up christmas eve with my furnace not running right. A friend recommended vision air. So I call that morning and by lunch time I had someone at my home to figure out why no heat. He took off the side of the furnace and mentioned it does need to be cleaned and there is something that does need to be replaced, but it can wait til after the holidays. He cleaned what needed to be so I had heat and didn't try to push anything else on me.

Really outstanding work, attentiveness, and commitment to getting the job done. It's really nice to work with people who actually care. VisionAir Heating & Cooling is in my phone as my go-to because they're down to earth and want to help. Definitely recommend.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Tony Barbour and his team at VisionAir Heating & Cooling, LLC for truly going above and beyond for us this past week.

Late last week, our main furnace started acting up—right before the polar vortex was set to arrive!

I reached out to Tony, who has worked on three other properties for us, because I trust him 100%.

Sure enough, after a thorough inspection, he told me the furnace needed to be replaced ASAP.

Without hesitation, I said “OK”—that’s just how much I trust his expertise.

I wasn’t overly worried because we have a second furnace for the upstairs. But since Tony was already here, I asked him to take a quick look at that one, too.

Long story short… it also needed to be replaced.

Again, I didn’t question him at all. I said, “OK, when can you do it?”

Two days later, Tony’s team arrived with two new furnaces, and we once again have warmth!

Let me tell you, those two days without a furnace (surviving on just a few fireplaces) were cold—but VisionAir delivered exactly when they promised.

I can’t recommend VisionAir Heating & Cooling enough. They are honest, ethical, show up on time, and offer fair pricing.

Quick response. Less than 24 hrs for non emergency repairs ( humidifier not working) in November. Called on Tuesday around 4:30pm and was given an appointment between 10am and noon for Thursday. Techs were in and out before 10:20 am on Thursday.
Friendly and professional service.

Found the problem with the humidifier and fixed it within 5 minutes.

Communication was great right from the beginning. They are kind, courteous and professional. Tony and Corey are top notch. Would recommend for anyone looking for heating and cooling needs!
