Very quick, professional and reasonably priced! Had a wind storm take down a large pine tree and within 24 hours it was removed.

I called and they were out the next day, and made quick work of the stump I needed removed, and they cleaned up everything nicely. No worries at all if you are thinking of using these guys!

Was very disappointed on how the job was handled and the communication once the job started. I was to have 3 trees removed and all 3 stumps grind. Was quoted a competitive price which both parties agreed upon. Came out the next day but was unable to complete the work do to the weather. Understood. But did observe the work that needed to be done. This is when I find out stumps will be grind during the week not when trees are cut. Returned the next day, and after cutting 2 trees tells me they can’t cut the third because it’s too big, between two houses and I was under quoted on the price. Expected me to pay the quoted price less a small amount although job was not completed. But was willing to finish it if I paid more. Not a chance. Needless to say I paid for the two trees at a lesser amount and had to hire another company to finish the work.

Called T&S last week for stump removal after taking out 25 Arborvitae from our backyard. Got a great price and great timely service. Highly recommend this contractor for stump removal.

We wish we could show you a picture of the tree that fell in our yard but, MDL was here and gone before we could get our camera out 🤗 I called their office at 7:30am and my husband recd return call by 8:30 Am from Rick. The job was completed and cleaned up by 3pm. Did I say ..we were Very satisfied. !!

They removed a large dead elm and ground the stump. Most of the places I contacted could not get into my back yard because the houses are so close, but they have a machine that fit nicely down my driveway. The tree was near some power lines (but not close enough for DTE to remove it) and it was next to my neighbors garage. They did a great job in safely taking down the tree and also did a super job cleaning up after themselves.

I would give them 5 stars except that the person who originally bid the job apparently forgot about us after I accepted the bid, so I had to call back and reschedule. I'm glad I didn't give up on them, though. They were reasonably priced and very professional in their work.

Can’t say enough about what a good job Rick’s crew did on a large double maple. Hated to have to remove it, but it was compromised by bleeding canker and over 45yrs old. MDL showed up on time and completed the job in only about 3hrs. Everything was cleaned up and they even removed the tailings from the stump grinding. Nice to see in this day and age that I could trust Rick with a handshake to seal the deal. Very professional hard working crew

MDL did great work removing a massive 100+ year old American Elm from my property. The tree was partially removed by DTE due to proximitey to high voltage line, and MDL worked with them seamlessly to haul away debris over the course of a few days that DTE was working. Once DTE was done, MDL came out and had the rest of the tree removed and stump ground out in half a day - everything hauled away. The job involved complexity with organizing logistics with DTE, MDL, and my concrete contractor. Rick and Dan at MDL were always accessible via phone and text as the plan came together. I had this quoted by a few different companies, and MDL was reasonable on their rate and assured me that they would work well with DTE. If you have a job involving removal or a large tree I would strongly recommend MDL!

Just had a big maple removed right next to my house. They did an excellent job and the price was great. Showed up just before 9am and was done and gone about 4 hrs later. Hauled off all the debris and did a nice cleanup. Thank you.

I cannot say enough about how pleased we are with M.D.L. Tree Service. They removed & stumped two trees for us. Last year a 30 year old Cherry Tree. This year a huge, also old, elm. They showed up exactly when promised. And when they left, our yard, neighbors yards, walks, drives, street and even my front porch were cleaner than when they came. A dying elm tree makes an ongoing mess. Maybe six strong burly guys (not kids) worked non-stop for 5 to 6 hours. And we paid far less than I expected. M.D.L. was recommended to me by two trusted sources. I will pass that recommendation on to anyone who needs any size tree removed.

I would 100% suggest these guys to anyone. they did an amazing job and are fairly priced as well. Left no mess and gave us suggestions and guidance to things they cant do which i respect them not doing something they know they arent qualified for. (removing trees against a wall that could damage the house which could easily do more damage than help)
