This is literally the CLEANEST my house has ever been! The girls were so detailed and meticulous, while being super careful and respectful with my belongings. I didn’t even know my grout could get so white! I had an appointment while they were over cleaning, but coming home to such a spotless home that also smelled incredible was such a delight! The pricing is very reasonable and the associates are super trustworthy! Truly appreciate this company’s hard and diligent work, and for giving me time back to enjoy my life! :)

Jennifer, Sydney and Cora did an amazing job cleaning our home. Our bathrooms haven't sparkled this much in ages! Thank you so much! You tackled dust gorillas hair monsters soap scum and who knows what else that my blind eyes and our senior bodies just can't handle anymore. You ladies are a blessing. Thank you again.

Very satisfied. All work was done very well & quickly. Faith, Paula & Heather did excellent cleaning. My only complaint is, we had to leave at 1pm & needed to leave a key under the mat for the gals. I called the office & left messages for the cleaning gals to be notified-not done. The girls came earlier than expected, so it worked out ok. This is the first time I have never been able to reach someone!!!

The cleaning crew #2 was amazing.
But even before my first cleaning, Leah was just as amazing with working around schedules and so kind.

The day of the cleaning, I was kept in the loop for arrival time. I was asked to check their work to ensure that I was satisfied. The crew worked hard and were so helpful. The cost was more than reasonable.

My favorite part was how the crew made my family feel so comfortable; it’s not the best feeling to show a stranger your mess, but the cleaning authority crew was so professional! We did not feel judged for our mess. They explained what they were doing and the products used even.

I will continue to suggest to friends and family that they use the Cleaning Authority too!

For the size of my home, I think the cost is overpriced. $125 would be acceptable. However, the team of Cora and Taylor did a great job!

Horrible service. The lady came in the girls came into my house and lied and said I had dog feces on my walls and on my floor, which is a lie so don’t ever go to these people because I believe they’re prejudice and I canceled all services with them I do not need anyone lying in my face and then I sent pictures And the manager had the nurse to say that dirt is dog feces. Please do not do business with this company.

Staff arrives on time, are pleasant and effective. I’m very happy with The Cleaning Authority.

The professionals who cleaned our home were friendly, and set to work quickly and quietly for us. This is a huge comfort to us, and we are greatful for the service.

The first time Cleaning Authority came they did an awesome job!

Unfortunately the last TWO times they have done a very poor job - a wipe down at best. Today was the kitchen deep clean - came home to greasy hood and pot filler, coffee on the front of cabinets, the front surface fridge was not cleaned, burner grates were not cleaned, microwave top greasy and dirty, table, chairs and buffet counter not cleaned. The house does not smell clean (it did the first time). In addition, there is cat hair, glitter on chairs. TCA was here a total of 2 hours… for a large house they are just not investing the time and effort to actually clean. Extremely disappointing and not a good use of money.

Couldn’t be happier with our first clean. Destiny, Alexis, and Misty were fantastic and we can’t wait for the next visit!

The house looked pretty clean! I loved the bathrooms! They were especially clean! I wished they could dust a little better but in general it looked great! Thank you girls! Good job!

For the size of my home, I do believe they are overpriced. The staff is very friendly. I have no complaints about them. It’s just that I don’t think they do a deep clean when they say they’re doing a deep clean my windowsills have not been cleaned once and it said that they were cleaning the window seal so I’m a little disappointed the one time they didn’t get the mirrors cleaned and when the supervisor came, she noticed it and had to clean it. I shouldn’t have to tell her to clean something that should’ve been already done. Very disappointed for the price that I paid.

They were upfront about what they'd do on each visit and have itemized list with a rotating emphasis. They detailed the kitchen & bathroom his time- great job on kick plates, floor molding and corners & appliances & surface of cupboards.
I'm trying them out to come once every two weeks for the main floor. Today was the second visit. They worked an hour and a half. Since it just one floor and not a big house I think I'll ask for a price reduction.
